Bouncer Throws 3 Women To The Ground Who Were Attacking Him

04:26
More at http://www.VideoBreach.com Police are investigating an incident where three women were shoved onto the pavement by a bouncer outside a busy nightspot in Belfast. One of the women was said to have been kicking the bouncer before he grabbed her and shoved her onto the footpath, stunning onlookers. When the woman's two friends intervened, they were also knocked to the ground. The video of the incident was circulated widely on Facebook and shows the women in a nasty violent brawl with the doormen. It is not clear how the altercation started but in the longer footage circulating on facebook, the three women can be seen repeatedly attacking the bouncers after being shoved and even at some points slapped by the men who were on the door of the nightspot. At one point one of the bouncers grabs the woman in yellow and shoves her so hard that she lands with force on the pavement. We then see the woman's two friends try to retaliate but he effortlessly pushes them to the ground. They could be heard in the footage yelling 'You're a f****** bully', as they fell to the ground. Onlookers try to pull the women away from the door as they repeatedly try to retaliate. The footage was taken by a horrified spectator who watched the scene unfold outside outside Kelly's Cellar bar in Belfast city centre. A video was posted online shortly after a shocked onlooker who filmed the vicious brawl. A police spokesman said officers were called shortly before 10pm on Saturday evening after reports of three women being involved in an row with bouncers outside the establishment. The three women were arrested on suspicion of assault and other public disorder offences. Police said the women were released on police bail pending further investigation. Kelly's Cellar bar is a busy nightspot in the heart of Belfast City Centre. It has been reported that the cast members of Game of Thrones, including Kit Harrington and Emelia Fox have visited after filming. Most bouncers are trained to resolve tense situations through verbal communication instead of physical force, according to Legal Match. They are not allowed to push or physically throw a person out of the establishment. Bouncer Throws 3 Women To The Ground Who Were Attacking Him

West Covina Officer Curses and Violates Woman's 4th Amendment Rights

04:02
More at http://www.VideoBreach.com, The incident occurred on the morning of April 12 along Meadow Road near Garvey Avenue when the woman, Eileen Aquino, and her husband were driving a vehicle without license plates from an auto glass and vehicle sales business they own in West Covina, she told KTLA. When they were stopped by a West Covina Police Department patrol car, the couple provided proper documentation, Aquino said. Officers ran her husband’s ID, finding he was on probation for a gun violation, Aquino said. One of the officers was polite at first, she said, but his demeanor changed when he found out her husband, Chris Moreno, was on probation. Then officers ordered her and her husband Chris to get out of the vehicle because they wanted to search it. Aquino said she and Moreno asked for a higher-ranking officer to be present during the search, but the officers denied their request. They were complying when her husband was cuffed and was taken to the side of the car, she said. She began recording while she was still in the vehicle and an officer approached her side of the car, soon telling her to put the phone down. She refused.

Man Riding Scooter Run Over During LA Police Chase

03:26
More at https://VideoBreach.com A chase suspect was taken into custody after running over a scooter rider during a chase that stretched from Los Angeles to San Diego County Thursday. Culver City police chased the suspect, who authorities said failed to yield, on Washington Boulevard. The red, older-model Honda Civic had a cracked windshield and a hole in the rear window. Authorities initially reported that the vehicle may have been stolen but later said it was not. At one point near the 7800 block of W. Manchester Avenue in the Westchester area, the suspect struck a pedestrian who was on a scooter and ran over the man. The suspect, later identified by authorities as Karl Flores, never stopped and continued driving. Authorities said the victim's injuries were not life-threatening. The scooter was not a Bird or Lime, it belong to the victim, according to the LAPD. An eyewitness told police the scooter rider was awake and talking when he was taken to the hospital. "As far as what the witnesses were saying, the victim went up and possibly under the car... He was sent to the hospital. He is going to make a recovery, as far as I've heard," said LAPD Sgt. Tom Trandal. Eventually the suspect made it into Inglewood, passing red lights and intersections while traveling at moderate speeds. While driving on La Tijera Boulevard, a police cruiser attempted a PIT maneuver that sent the vehicle spinning. Flores, who ended up facing the other direction, paused for a moment and then turned around to continue fleeing from police. Soon after, on Westchester Parkway, another PIT maneuver was done, but Flores managed to turn around and flee again. Moments later, a stronger PIT maneuver was attempted, but the driver fled again despite being partially boxed in. During that fourth attempt, the vehicle's bumper fell off and the suspect fled at high speeds. The California Highway Patrol took over the wild chase at about 12:10 p.m. just north of Carson. Flores then led authorities onto the southbound 405 Freeway near Marina del Rey. The chase continued on the southbound freeway through Long Beach into Orange County. Authorities and the suspect merged onto the southbound 5 Freeway near San Juan Capistrano around 1 p.m. - two hours after the chase started. Flores eventually pulled over on the southbound 5 Freeway near Camp Pendleton in San Diego County around 1:30 p.m. after running out of gas, authorities said. Officers surrounded the car with their weapons drawn as a standoff went on for several minutes. Sheriff's officials said the suspect was not complying with commands. Shortly after 2 p.m., Flores opened the car door, at which point officers swarmed the vehicle. Authorities said a less-than-lethal shotgun was fired, and a bean bag hit the suspect in the face. CHP also released a K-9, who pulled the suspect further out of the car. Flores was taken into custody and being treated for the bean bag wound to the face. CHP officials said they spoke to the suspect's wife, who said Flores served in the military and suffers from PTSD. A person who identified herself as the suspect's friend -- who saw ABC7's coverage -- called the station and said Flores is a troubled veteran. "He served for us, he was in Afghanistan and Iraq," she said. "We have tried to get help with the VA but with it being so backed up and such a long wait list, it's hard to get treatment for any of our veterans. When is enough going to be enough? These people, like I said, are constantly putting their lives on the line for us, and what are we doing to return the help?" #PoliceChase #LosAngeles #News

17 TONS of Cocaine Seized by U.S. Coast Guard

02:59
More at https://VideoBreach.com FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - The U.S. Coast Guard has seized nearly 35,000 pounds of cocaine from apparent drug smuggling vessels in the eastern Pacific Ocean. The drugs were off-loaded Tuesday in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Cmdr. Michael Sharp told reporters the drugs were found over the last three months aboard fishing vessels and go-fast boats outfitted to conceal contraband and evade authorities. Six crews seized the drugs from 21 separate vessels stopped in Pacific waters off Mexico and Central and South America. Sharp said the drugs had a wholesale value of roughly $466 million. The guard's commandant, Adm. Karl Schultz, said in the last few years, crews have seized 1.3 million pounds of cocaine and detained 1,200 suspects at sea. Schultz said most of the drugs originate in Colombia and are destined for the U.S. "The interdiction and disruption of more than 17 tons of cocaine is a result of the collaboration and coordination of multiple Coast Guard and interagency assets to address the complex maritime challenge of transnational criminal organizations," Coast Guard Cutter Forward Cmdr. Michael Sharp said. "I am extremely proud of all the women and men that contributed to the mission success. It is a direct reflection of how the U.S. Coast Guard delivers mission excellence anytime, anywhere." ------------------------------------------------------ #USA #CoastGuard #News 17 TONS of Cocaine Seized by U.S. Coast Guard More at https://VideoBreach.com

Truck Sends Worker Flying After Hitting Bucket Truck

02:22
More at https://VideoBreach.com HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Incredible video from Fort Bend County shows a man hit by a truck while hoisted in a bucket above a busy highway to work on a traffic signal. It happened Feb. 25 along Highway 90 and Pitts Road. As usual, Andrew Wolf had his dashcam recording and captured as close a call as possible. "Every time my truck is on, it's running. This is the most epic and horrific thing I've seen," said Wolf. The former longtime news photographer and current freelancer installed the dashcam a couple years ago. The video shows a truck to the left of Wolf traveling at about 50 mph when it hit a worker, who was hoisted up in a bucket attempting to work on the traffic signal. The impact sent the man flying upside down. Wolf says he dangled there in his safety harness for about 30 seconds before the rest of the crew lowered him down. "You can see they ignored some safety rules. The road wasn't blocked off. The truck wasn't protecting anybody, but he was smart enough to put on a harness and helmet and that's what saved his life," said Wolf. The driver of the truck that hit the man did stop. Wolf called 911. The worker appeared to be in shock but OK. "I think he used up all his luck that day, but it was just amazing that he literally walked away from that impact," Wolf said. ------------------------------------------------ #Accident #Houston #Texas Subscribe to VideoBreach on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/c/VideoBreach?sub_confirmation=1 Truck Sends Worker Flying After Hitting Bucket Truck More at https://VideoBreach.com

1.5 Billion Lottery Winner Comes Forward After Five Months

02:29
More at https://VideoBreach.com The mystery of who won the $1.5 billion Mega Millions jackpot in South Carolina has been solved, but the winner wants to remain anonymous. They opted to take a cash option one-time payment of nearly $878 million, making this the largest jackpot payout to a single winner in US history. The winning numbers -- 5, 28, 62, 65 and 70, with a Mega Ball of 5 -- were announced October 23, but no winner came forward until today. "We are delighted that the winner is a South Carolinian and has come forward to claim this remarkable prize," said Hogan Brown, the South Carolina Lottery Commission's Executive Director, in a statement. "We respect the winner's decision to remain anonymous, and we will honor the winner's wishes." South Carolina law allows lottery winners to elect not to be publicly identified. The winning ticket was sold at a KC Mart convenience store in Simpsonville, South Carolina, and the store will also receive $50,000 for selling the winning ticket. The winner told lottery officials that they marveled at how every decision that day led up to them purchasing the ticket. They even mentioned that they let another customer go ahead of them in line to buy a Mega Millions ticket before them. "A simple act of kindness led to an amazing outcome," reads the statement from lottery officials. Time almost ran out for the winner to take home the big bucks, since they only had 180 days from the draw date to claim it. The anonymous winner isn't the only one walking away from this with millions. "The State of South Carolina will benefit from $61 million that will be collected in income taxes from the winner," said Brown. The winner has obtained legal representation, which will hold a press conference on their behalf once the payment is processed sometime next week. ------------------------------------------------------ #MegaMillions #Lottery #Winner Subscribe to VideoBreach on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/c/VideoBreach?sub_confirmation=1 1.5 Billion Lottery Winner Comes Forward After Five Months More at https://VideoBreach.com

(KABC) -- A registered sex offender was taken into police custody after allegedly trying to kidnap two small children from a park in Lake Elsinore on Monday. The frightening incident occurred around 11:30 a.m. Police said 29-year-old Marcus Dewitt tried to grab a 3-year-old boy by the arm while the child was partially inside of a play apparatus at Rosetta Canyon Sports Park. Aurora Illinois Shooting - 5 Dead - Multiple Wounded

03:25
More at https://VideoBreach.com Five people are dead, five City of Aurora police officers were injured and multiple others were injured in an active shooter situation in west suburban Aurora Friday afternoon. The gunman is also dead, police said. Aurora police said that officers responded to the Henry Pratt Company just before 1:30 p.m. Police said two of the four first officers on the scene were fired upon immediately. More officers arrived as backup and were also fired upon. Police said five officers were shot and injured. Police said they found five civilians dead inside the building. More civilians were injured in the shooting. A SWAT force entered the 29,000 square foot building and found the gunman, identified as 45-year-old Gary Martin. Police said the officers engaged Martin in gunfire and he was killed. Police believe Martin was an employee of Henry Pratt. Police said his motive is not yet known. "Thank you for your selfless act," said Aurora Police Chief Kristen Ziman, addressing the officers who were injured. "Thank you for running towards gunfire and putting your lives in danger to protect those inside the business. My heart goes out to victims and their families who simply went to work today like any other day. We offer our sincere condolences, and, as the facts of this tragedy unfold, we will provide information and attempt to make sense of it." The ABC7 I-Team said law enforcement sources told them Martin was told Friday he was being fired from the company where he had worked for about 15 years as an assembler, and that it was during his termination meeting that he produced his gun and began firing, then went out into the plant at large and continued shooting. There is a large law enforcement presence at Martin's apartment as investigators try to determine his motive and whether any part of this attack may have been planned. The I-Team has learned that Martin has a criminal background, and that he was convicted in 1995 for aggravated assault, a felony, in Mississippi. It was not clear if he had a criminal record in Illinois. "Our hearts go out to the victims in this horrific tragedy. Our prayers to their families during what I'm sure will be a long and painful healing process. But we will heal. We will come together as one community and stand by those in pain from today's great loss. We will stand together with those officers shot in the line of duty. We will come together and heal as One Aurora," said Aurora Mayor Richard Irvin. The officers who were injured are in stable condition, according to City of Aurora representative Clayton Mohammed. Hospital officials said three civilians were sent to Mercy Hospital with non-life threatening injuries, and three civilians were sent to Rush Copley Medical Center, for a total of six. None of their conditions were available. One of the victims was transferred from Mercy Hospital to Good Samaritan Hospital in unknown condition. ATF and FBI agents responded to the scene at approximately 2:37 p.m. Officials have said how many citizens, in total, were injured or what their conditions are. John Probst, a Henry Pratt employee who escaped the building, said he saw a man holding a pistol with a laser sight. He said he recognized the shooter as a coworker. There would have been approximately 30 people in the building at the time of the shooting, Probst said. Probst said he saw other coworkers injured and that the shooter was firing indiscriminately. "One of the guys was up in the office, he said this person was shootin', and, he come running down and he was bleeding pretty bad, and the next thing you know he was walking back and forth, I heard more shots, and we just left the building," Probst said. Probst said he and a coworker escaped through the back door. Probst said a nearby resident allowed Probst and his coworker to shelter in his home. Officials have asked that residents on the west side of Aurora to remain sheltered until the search for the shooter has ended. At approximately 2:20 p.m., several SWAT officers were visible outside the Henry Pratt building and the scene appeared to still be active. Several ambulances were being staged away from the building for any potential victims. Senator Dick Durbin tweeted Friday afternoon to express his gratitude for law enforcement officers who helped bring the shooter into custody. "Every police officer dreads days like this one, yet these four courageous Aurora officers and their colleagues did not hesitate to literally put their lives on the line today to stop further bloodshed. These four heroes willingly ran into harm's way to protect their fellow citizens and very nearly paid the ultimate price. We Illinoisans should be humbly grateful for their sacrifice, and we ask that you join us in praying that the injured civilians and police officers make a full and speedy recovery." #Aurora #Shooting #News Aurora Illinois Shooting - 5 Dead - Multiple Wounded More at https://VideoBreach.com

Woman Drags Small Dog Behind Electric Scooter

01:53
More at https://VideoBreach.com Shocking and disturbing videos from Bakersfield, California show a woman dragging a small dog behind her while riding on a Bird scooter. The videos were recently recorded on a downtown Bakersfield street from a home surveillance camera. Brandon Sanders said he and his girlfriend were riding their bikes and saw the whole incident. "I told her little dogs can't run that fast," Sanders said. Sanders' surveillance videos are going viral. The footage shows what appears to be a woman dragging a dog behind her scooter near 20th and A streets on Sunday afternoon. "I couldn't tell what it was, if it was a pet or something, she was dragging," Sanders said. Sanders said he and his girlfriend were yelling at her to stop. "I couldn't tell, and finally when I was getting close to it, it popped its head up. It wasn't making any noises or anything like, it was kind of surprising and when I got up closer I could see all the bloody paws and then I didn't know what to do," Sanders described. Sanders said he asked the woman what happened, and if she and the dog were OK. He said her response was: "'S--t happens just like it does with kids,' and we told her, 'No you don't drag your kids behind a scooter at 15 mph.'" The video has caught the attention of Bakersfield police, though the woman has not been arrested or charged with a crime. "We asked, 'What were you doing, what were you thinking?' And she said to leave her alone," Sanders said. Sanders said he and his girlfriend followed the woman for 20 minutes while she carried the dog, and then they called the police. Sanders said he was able to take some photos of the dog because he wanted to have proof for the police. "As I was coming up beside her, I was on my bicycle, and she was walking, and when she looked at me and saw that I was taking a picture of her she smiled of me, kind of a smart-slick smile," Sanders said. "I'm not going to say what she did was intentional, but it was very negligent. She had to drag the dog at least 100 yards before she checked that it was there. And that's just from what we saw, from the point to where we saw her, and she stopped." The Bird scooter company has released the following statement regarding this incident. "We find the video to be deeply disturbing and are appreciative of the community for bringing it to our attention. This type of rider behavior is wrong and prohibited by bird. As soon as we were made aware of the video, we began our own investigation and have suspended the account for the individual involved in the incident." Bakersfield Police say they are still investigating the incident and that the woman was not the dog's owner. The dog was released back to its owners and received medical treatment, according to police. *UPDATE* - "The BPD has finally - after more than a week - recommended the DA file animal cruelty charges against *Elaine Rosa,* the monster who hurt this poor dog with no apparent remorse. Let's see to it that the DA follows through and that this evil woman is punished for this heinous act. She works as a psychologist for Kern Valley State prison and should be fired!" Man intentionally ran down family of 8 outside 7-Eleven

02:58
More at https://VideoBreach.com HAVERSTRAW, Rockland County -- A man has been charged with murder after police say he intentionally drove his vehicle into a family of eight standing outside a 7-Eleven in Rockland County Wednesday. Melissa Castillo DeLoatch, 32, later died at the hospital. Family members say she threw herself in front of a stroller, and it was revealed Thursday that she was pregnant with her seventh child. Police believe an argument between the family and the driver, identified as 35-year-old Jason Mendez, of Washingtonville, may have precipitated the 2 p.m. attack in the parking lot along Central Highway in Haverstraw. A 7-Eleven employee told Eyewitness News that Mendez was smoking outside the store and became enraged when the father asked him not to smoke around the kids. An argument ensued, which the worker says came to an end when Mendez got into his car and plowed into the 7-Eleven, striking all eight family members. Police say he then reversed the vehicle and drove forward again, striking the victims a second time. "She was laying on the ground," witness Allison Rodriguez said. "Carriage was there. Nobody was around her. We just kind of knew she wasn't going to make it." The father was also seriously injured, as were three children ages 3, 2 and 11 months. Two of the children remain in the pediatric ICU. The 2-year-old was the most seriously injured and suffered a broken leg and internal injuries, but all four are expected to survive. The older three children, ages 10, 7 and 5, all from a previous relationship, were also hospitalized, but none of the injuries are considered life-threatening. "Melissa was not only my daughter, but she was also my best friend," mom Joan Christopher said. "To deliberately run somebody over, not once, but twice, and in front of your children, and try to kill my grandkids, and her husband. They didn't do nothing to them." Christopher said her daughter died a hero, trying to protect her children. "She took and threw herself in front of the stroller, in front of the car," she said. "So she threw herself to protect her babies." Relatives say the 10-year-old is hearing impaired and that one of her cochlear implants was dislodged in the collision. Investigators weren't able to find it. "Why did you take my sister?" brother Ryan Christopher said. "Why did you try to harm my nieces and nephews?" Police said that when they arrived on the scene, the suspect was still inside his car and was armed with a knife. "He didn't say anything initially to the police officers," Haverstraw Police Captain Martin Lund said. "He refused to drop the knife. Then he was tased at the scene and taken down." Mendez is charged with second-degree murder, seven counts of second-degree attempted murder, menacing, criminal possession of a weapon and resisting arrest. For the victim's family, this is the second headline-making tragedy. In 2014, DeLoatch's brother, an off-duty NYPD officer, was killed when he drove drunk the wrong way on the New York State Thruway, killing another motorist in a head-on collision. "I'm not going to be able to hear her voice anymore," Joan Christopher said. "And it's not right. I shouldn't be burying my children. My children should be burying me." -------------------------------------------------- #Tragedy #News #WTF Man intentionally ran down family of 8 outside 7-Eleven More at https://VideoBreach.com

Unable to work out and fight his CF issues, he was listed for a lung transplant 2 years after his brain injury. After his lungs declined, he was tethered to supplemental oxygen 24/7. Kevin fought, not only his Cystic Fibrosis, but also his brain injury, when Loyola University took a chance on a young man with CF and a brain injury and gave him a second chance at life. We are thankful to the transplant surgeon, Dr. Ali, for his precision as he placed new lungs in Kevin’s chest. Man Kills Family After Stealing $210K He Sent to Woman On Porn Site

02:06
More at https://VideoBreach.com SANFORD, Fla. — A Florida man killed his parents and brother after he was kicked out of his home and accused of stealing $210,000 from his family to send to a woman he had met on a porn website, according to a sheriff's office. Grant Amato, 29, has been charged with three counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of his parents, Chad and Margaret Ann Amato, and brother Cody. Seminole County Sheriff's Office deputies found the victims' bodies Friday in their Chuluota home after a co-worker reported that Cody Amato had not shown up for work. Grant Amato was arrested and ordered held without bail Monday. The Orlando Sentinel reports that according to an affidavit, Cody Amato's girlfriend told deputies Grant Amato had stolen $60,000 and guns from his brother. She said Grant Amato had recently been kicked out of a training program to become a nurse anesthetist and stole the money to talk to a Bulgarian woman he met online. She also said Cody Amato told her he was afraid Grant "would kill everyone." Another brother, Jason Amato, told investigators Grant had stolen $150,000 from their father. In an interview with investigators, Grant Amato said he had argued with his parents over his relationship with the woman he met through an adult website and that his parents told him he could have no contact with her if he wanted to continue living at their home. Amato said he began a 60-day internet- and sex-addiction treatment program in Fort Lauderdale in late December at his parents' request, but he left after a few weeks. "Grant Amato initially agreed to the rules his father had set, but he didn't think they were fair because he felt that the Bulgarian female was his girlfriend and they had a relationship," the affidavit said. According to the affidavit, in response to seeing crime-scene pictures of his parents and brother, Amato said "his family had been blaming him for months for ruining their lives ... so he might as well be blamed for this, too." The Sentinel reported that last year, authorities responded twice to calls about Amato's behavior. In June, Orlando police responded to AdventHealth Orlando, where he worked as a nurse, about a report of a suicidal person. Officers said Amato did not meet the criteria to be held for observation as a danger to himself or others, but he was arrested on a grand theft charge for allegedly stealing vials of Propofol, a powerful sedative. Amato said he took the drug for patients who were not "adequately relaxed by doctor-ordered medication," according to a police report. Prosecutors opted against filing charges against him. On Dec. 20, his mother and brother reported that Amato was missing, depressed and possibly suicidal after losing his job and failing out of school. They also told deputies Amato had access to guns. Jail records did not show whether Amato had an attorney. ------------------------------------------------- #Florida #News #Insane Man Kills Family After Stealing $210K He Sent to Woman On Porn Site More at https://VideoBreach.com

More at http://www.VideoBreach.com A vehicle stolen near Lincoln Park with two children inside was located Monday after being driven to the U.S.-Mexico border, according to authorities. The female suspect, Leslie Esparanza Saenz, 26, was taken into custody. According to San Diego Police, the children's father parked his Hyundai outside a business in the 200 block of Euclid Avenue leaving a 3-year-old boy and 8-year old girl inside with the air conditioning and engine running. While the man was in a beauty supply store, a witness observed a woman get into the car and drive away with the kids inside. The father reportedly called police and the 8-year-old child in the car was also able to call 911 from a cell phone telling authorities that she and her brother had been kidnapped. Officers on scene contacted Chula Vista Police and Border Patrol to give them information on the stolen car and children. Approximately 30 minutes later, Border Patrol detained the suspect as she was trying to take the vehicle, with the children inside, across the border to Mexico. Police arrived on scene and took the woman into custody.

DUI Driver Plows into Pedestrians (10 Hospitalized)

02:43
More at https://VideoBreach.com FULLERTON, Calif. (KABC) -- A total of 10 victims were hospitalized after a suspected DUI driver plowed into a crowd near restaurants and bars in downtown Fullerton early Sunday. Fullerton police responded to the area of 100 W. Santa Fe Avenue regarding reports of several pedestrians who had been struck by a red Toyota Tacoma at about 1:45 a.m. Upon arrival, officers found that a Tacoma had driven up onto the sidewalk and struck nine pedestrians before hitting a tree. Multiple victims were trapped underneath the truck, which was smoking, had serious front-end damage and its airbags deployed, police said. With the help of some good Samaritans, officers were able to lift the Tacoma enough to free the pedestrians who had been stuck underneath it. "Everyone was just trying to push the truck away so that the girls can come out," said witness Sohrab Gill. "I saw one of the girls screaming, 'Help, help!' and they were just, like, trying to pull off the truck." Officers immediately began life-saving measures for those who had been struck. Fullerton firefighters responded and ultimately 10 victims were transported to local trauma centers with injuries ranging from moderate to life-threatening and ranging in age from 18 to 49. The driver of the Tacoma, later identified as 22-year-old Christopher Solis of Anaheim, is suspected to have been driving under the influence of drugs at the time of the crash. He was placed under arrest for felony DUI causing great bodily injury. Police said hundreds of people were on the sidewalk at the time, in front of nearby restaurants and bars, as it was bar closing time for approximately 60 locations. Witnesses said the ordeal started as an altercation. A group surrounded the truck and demanded that the driver get out. "I saw like four or five guys hitting his pickup truck with their hands and putting dents on it," explained Gill. "The pickup truck driver was trying to get away and by doing that, he accidentally hit a car in front of it. He got panicked." It was then that the car took off on Santa Fe Avenue, crashed into several cars and mowed down the pedestrians. "It's sad. This is supposed to be a place where people are able to come and enjoy themselves and, unfortunately, someone's reckless behavior and their lack of caring about others has caused a lot of heartache and a lot of sadness for families today," said Fullerton PD Lt. Jon Radus. Anyone with information about the incident, and anyone who may have captured the incident on cellphone video, is encouraged to contact the Fullerton Police Traffic Bureau at (714) 738-5313. ------------------------------------------------------- #DUI #Tragedy #News DUI Driver Plows into Pedestrians (10 Hospitalized) More at https://VideoBreach.com

Pregnant Woman Carjacked and Stabbed Multiple Times

04:12
More at https://VideoBreach.com SUNLAND-TUJUNGA, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Police have arrested two known gang members after a pregnant woman was stabbed several times during a carjacking in Sunland-Tujunga, an LAPD spokesperson said Thursday. The names of the suspects and details of their arrests were not immediately disclosed. They were booked for attempted murder and carjacking, with a gang enhancement. The victim was hospitalized in stable condition and is expected to survive the attack, which happened shortly after 6 p.m. Wednesday in the 10800 block of Eldora Avenue, authorities said. Her husband, Greg Maga, said she suffered 10 stab wounds, including one that punctured her lung. The viability of her pregnancy is unclear. According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the woman was driving home when she passed three men on the street. One of the pedestrians approached her white Kia Stinger after she pulled up to her residence. The woman rolled her window down, the man asked to use her phone and a struggle ensued. The assailant repeatedly stabbed the victim in the upper body before another man joined him in carjacking the sedan, investigators said. The two men fled in the stolen car before slamming head-on into a parked car on the same block. They ran away and may have been picked up by the driver of a Volkswagen. In an interview, the woman's husband described her as being 12 weeks pregnant. Maga said she was stabbed multiple times in her hand and forearm after she raised her arm in an attempt to shield herself. "They don't know yet about the baby," he said, referring to whether or not the unborn child will survive. The crash was captured by at least one surveillance camera mounted outside a nearby house. The footage shows smoke rising from the wrecked Kia as two people exit the vehicle and flee the scene. Police initially said three people were in custody before revising that number down. -------------------------------------------------------- #LosAngeles #Crime #News Subscribe to VideoBreach: https://www.youtube.com/c/VideoBreach?sub_confirmation=1 Pregnant Woman Carjacked and Stabbed Multiple Times More at https://VideoBreach.com

Black Civil Rights Activist Calls for Arrest of Jussie Smollett

04:59
More at https://VideoBreach.com LOS ANGELES -- A Los Angeles-based civil rights activist held a press conference Sunday, calling for the arrest of actor Jussie Smollett and saying he believes the "Empire" star lied about being a victim of a hate crime. Najee Ali, who is also the director of Project Islamic HOPE, said false claims make real incidents of racist attacks and homophobia easier to dismiss. "It's a slap in the face. We have many members of the black community and the LGBTQ community who have been the victims of racism and hate crimes, so for Smollett to say that he was a victim...and we believe is a lie...certainly is an injustice to those true victims...," Ali said. "Jussie Smollett must be brought to justice for lying." Ali said Smollett's story was given the benefit of the doubt at first, but over the last few days, the "campaign of lies continued to be unraveled." Smollett, who is black and gay, has said he was physically attacked last month by two masked men shouting racial and anti-gay slurs and "This is MAGA country!" He said they looped a rope around his neck before running away as he was returning home from an early morning stop at a Subway restaurant in downtown Chicago. He said they also poured some kind of chemical on him. Police said they combed surveillance video in the heavily-monitored area but were unable to find any footage of the attack. They did obtain images of two people they said they would like to question. On Wednesday, Chicago police picked up the brothers at O'Hare International Airport as they returned from Nigeria. They described them as "suspects" in the assault, questioned them and searched their apartment. Then, late Friday evening they released the two men without charges and said they were no longer suspects. They said they had gleaned new information from their interrogation of them. Smollett's lawyers said late Saturday that the actor felt "victimized" by reports that he played a role in the assault, adding that, "Nothing is further from the truth and anyone claiming otherwise is lying." The statement from attorneys Todd Pugh and Victor P. Henderson also said Smollett would continue cooperating with police. --------------------------------------------------------------- #Arrest #Liar #JussieSmollett Black Civil Rights Activist Calls for Arrest of Jussie Smollett More at https://VideoBreach.com

Hit and Run - Driver Strikes Woman Walking with her Ex-Boyfriend

01:29
More at https://VideoBreach.com WILMINGTON, N.C. -- Police have identified the at-large suspect in a dramatic hit-and-run that was caught on surveillance video last week in North Carolina. Courtnay Danielle Lawrence is facing a string of charges, including assault with a deadly weapon and hit-and-run. She was identified after a picture of her next to her damaged car was posted on social media. But so far, police can't find her. Investigators said Lawrence plowed down a woman who was walking with Lawrence's ex-boyfriend. "I mean, I put my hands up just in time," the victim, Christina Benson recalled. "Had I hit that concrete without having them there, I don't know that I would be here." While walking down the street with a neighbor, Benson said she heard a loud horn. The next thing she knew, she was on top of a car and thrown to the ground. "I came down on my shoulder and I just busted the side of my head," Benson said. "But because my hand was there, it didn't have full impact, thank God." Benson thinks the collision was no accident, especially when the driver left the scene and then briefly returned. "I thought, for sure, this person would be like, 'Oh, my God, I lost control. I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to hit you. This looks crazy. Can I help you?' No. No. She pulled up beside me and slammed on the brakes and said, 'Where did he go?' and I was like, 'I don't know." Benson said she had no idea who the driver was. "I've never seen her before," Benson said. "But I'll never forget her face." Police are offering a $5,000 reward for information that would lead them to find Courtnay Lawrence. ------------------------------------------------------ #HitAndRun #Wilmington #NorthCarolina Hit and Run - Driver Strikes Woman Walking with her Ex-Boyfriend More at https://VideoBreach.com
