POLICE BRUTALITY - Cops Slam Disabled Blind Man To The Ground Then Lie About It In Police Report
LITTLE ROCK, AR -- A legally blind man is speaking out after saying he was injured when a Little Rock police officer slammed him to the ground. It happened just before 4 p.m. on June 1. Eric Wilson had just left work and was walking home along 65th Street. Around that time, police say they got a call about someone fitting Wilson's description running away from or chasing someone and who appeared to be afraid. Wilson is legally blind and says he only sees shadows. He says he didn't know who was calling him. Wilson says the officers told him to put his hands behind his back before taking him to the ground. "I was trying to figure out what was going on and before I knew it, I was slammed to the ground," Wilson said. In a police report an officer said Wilson pulled away violently, causing him to lose grip and that he was afraid Wilson would hit him or his partner with the handcuff. Wilson and his lawyer Reggie Koch, say that's not what the video shows. That night, Wilson says he went to the hospital with back pain and was diagnosed with a lower back strain. http://www.arkansasmatters.com/story/d/story/video-shows-police-takedown-of-blind-man/10271/Q1wYbiHSD0iAYYHLHgfN9w

POLICE BRUTALITY - Cops Taser Man For Trying To Put Out Neighbour's Burning House With Hose
PINELLAS PARK, Fla. - Daniel Jensen did what he believed anyone else would do after seeing his neighbor's house on fire. He turned on his garden hose and started spraying. The home next door was ten feet from his outer wall, and the wind was causing the flames to scorch his house. "They were billowing up in the roof and starting to catch the fence on fire," Jensen said. That's why he is angry and confused about the actions of Pinellas Park police the night of November 8. Jensen said when police arrived at his neighbor's house, they ordered him to stop spraying. Jensen claimed that police told him not to bother fighting the fire, and to "let the house go." "I couldn't believe what I heard," Jensen said. "That it was an insurance problem. Let the insurance company handle it." Jensen also believed that his daughter was still inside his house, and that he wanted to prevent it from catching fire as well. Firefighters had yet to arrive. But police ordered him to stop, and eventually drew a stun gun. Neighbors said they were stunned to see the officer shoot Jensen down. He has two scabs on his back where the wires struck him. "After they tased me, about three of them picked me up and brought me out here and planted me on my face and handcuffed me," Jensen said. From there, he was placed in a squad car, where he said he started having breathing problems. "I just had surgery a couple of weeks prior. I was begging them for oxygen," Jensen said. PInellas Park police initially said Jensen was refusing to cooperate with officers at the scene, but Jensen said they changed their story. He said police told him they were trying to save him from himself. Jensen's attorney, Heidi Imhof, said the inconsistent statements from police and the descriptions from witnesses at the fire scene clearly show the department acted improperly. Police stand by their statement that Jensen was putting himself in danger by doing what firefighters are trained to do. Jensen said he is not sure if a lawsuit is necessary, but is considering all of his options. http://www.abcactionnews.com/dpp/news/taser-victim-claims-police-overreacted#ixzz2CAqzOce3

12 Year Old Girl Shoots Intruder During Home Invasion While Hiding In Closet
BRYAN COUNTY, Okla. (CBS Houston) — Police say a 12-year-old Oklahoma girl shot a home intruder while hiding in a closet. According to KTEN-TV, Bryan County authorities say Kendra St. Clair was home alone when 32-year-old Stacey Jones broke into the house. She called her mom Debra St. Clair after Jones started pounding on the door, eventually kicking it in. "She said, 'Mom, I think he's going to the back door,' and I said, 'You go get the gun and you get in my closet right now and call 911,'" Debra St.Clair told KTEN. Kendra St. Clair then shot Jones in the shoulder when he was about to enter the bedroom she was hiding in. "I was sitting in the closet really scared, holding the gun, not knowing what was going to happen," the young girl told KTEN. "When he turned the door handle I shot towards him with my mom's gun and it hit him in the arm." Jones immediately ran out of the house but was apprehended not far from the St. Clair residence. "He was sitting down. The policemen had him apprehended at the end of the block," Debra St. Clair told KWTV. "All I saw was some blood coming down his back." Jones was taken to Bryan County Jail after being released from the hospital. He is being charged with first-degree burglary. http://houston.cbslocal.com/2012/10/19/police-12-year-old-girl-shoots-home-intruder-while-hiding-in-closet/

Zbigniew Brzezinski Still Admits The Global Political Awakening Proving Very Difficult For The Elite
Here is Zbigniew Brzezinski once again admitting that the globalists are in fear of the global awakening that is currently happening across the world. People are waking up to the fact that the governments are all power hungry and corrupt and are not there to serve the interests of the people, but that of the global elite and the multi-billion dollar corporations. This lecture was given about a week ago in his home country of Poland. Here are a few quotes from this globalist: "We have a large public that is very ignorant about public affairs and very susceptible to simplistic slogans by candidates who appear out of nowhere, have no track record, but mouth appealing slogans" "The technotronic era involves the gradual appearance of a more controlled society. Such a society would be dominated by an elite, unrestrained by traditional values. Soon it will be possible to assert almost continuous surveillance over every citizen and maintain up-to-date complete files containing even the most personal information about the citizen. These files will be subject to instantaneous retrieval by the authorities. " ― Between Two Ages: America's Role in the Technetronic Era "In the technotronic society the trend would seem to be towards the aggregation of the individual support of millions of uncoordinated citizens, easily within the reach of magnetic and attractive personalities exploiting the latest communications techniques to manipulate emotions and control reason." ― Between Two Ages: America's Role in the Technetronic Era

POLICE STATE - Seven Year Old Kid Suspended For His Pop Tart Gun
BALTIMORE - A 7-year-old Maryland boy has been suspended from school after biting his breakfast pastry into a shape that his teacher thought looked like a gun. Josh Welch, a second-grader at Park Elementary School in Baltimore, said he was trying to nibble his strawberry Pop Tart into a mountain. "It was already a rectangle and I just kept on biting it and biting it and tore off the top and it kinda looked like a gun but it wasn't," Josh said. "All I was trying to do was turn it into a mountain but it didn't look like a mountain really and it turned out to be a gun kinda." But when his teacher saw what he had done, the boy says she got "pretty mad" and he knew he was "in big trouble." Josh's dad was called by the school and informed that his son had been suspended for two days. "I asked if was any one was hurt, they said 'No'," B.J. Welch said. "I would almost call it insanity. I mean with all the potential issues that could be dealt with at school -- real threats, bullies, whatever the issue is. It's a pastry." The school sent home a letter with every student informing parents that: "A student used food to make an inappropriate gesture." Josh, who suffers from attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and enjoys art classes, said that his actions were innocent, according to a report in the Daily Mail . http://www.abc15.com/dpp/news/national/pop-tart-gun-josh-welch-school-suspends-7-year-old-for-biting-pop-tart-pastry-into-shape-of-gun#ixzz2Tysluq4V

Bilderberg Group's Depopulation Plans EXPOSED!
The Bilderberg group and their secret and not so secret meetings have all had one main objective - how to reduce the number of people on the planet. These New World Order elitists are dictating who has the right to live and who doesn't. ELITIST QUOTES: "The world today has 6.8 billion people. That's heading up to about nine billion. Now if we do a really great job on new vaccines, health care, reproductive health services, we could lower that by perhaps 10 or 15 percent." ~ Bill Gates "A total population of 250-300 million people, a 95% decline from present levels, would be ideal." ~ Ted Turner (Founder of CNN, United Nations Foundation Chairman) "World population needs to be decreased by 50%" ~ Henry Kissinger (Former Secretary of State & NSA, Nobel Peace Prize Recipient) "If I were reincarnated, I would wish to be returned to earth as a killer virus to lower human population levels." ~ Prince Philip (Duke of Edinburgh) "Childbearing should be a punishable crime against society, unless the parents hold a government license. All potential parents should be required to use contraceptive chemicals, the government issuing antidotes to citizens chosen for childbearing." ~ David Brower, first Executive Director of the Sierra Club "In order to stabilize world population, we must eliminate 350,000 people per day. It is a horrible thing to say, but it is just as bad not to say it." ~ J. Cousteau, 1991 explorer and UNESCO courier "We must speak more clearly about sexuality, contraception, about abortion, about values that control population, because the ecological crisis, in short, is the population crisis. Cut the population by 90% and there aren't enough people left to do a great deal of ecological damage." ~ Mikhail Gorbachev

Lieutenant Shoots Undercover Cop 9 Times During Botched Drug Bust
This is the moment that a police detective was shot nine times by his own lieutenant. The pair were on an undercover drug operation in Albuquerque when Greg Brachle repeatedly fired at Jacob Grant despite the detective crawling away and begging him to stop. The city has since released the footage from Brachle's lapel camera video which filmed the disastrous episode in a MacDonald's car park. The lieutenant can be seen getting out of his car and yelling, 'Hands up!' before running to a black car. 'Put your hands where I can see them,' he cries as several men stand with guns at the other side of the vehicle. In the car there are four people - the two suspects Edmond Vester and Damien Bailey as well as Grant and a colleague. Grant is sitting in the rear driver's side seat behind the other undercover narcotics detective. The two suspects are on the passenger side. The bust team were supposed to approach from this side to avoid a cross fire situation, but Brachle violated protocol by advancing from the driver's side. The suspects were in the process of surrendering and had opened their doors to exit the vehicle but Brachle swiftly opens Grant's door and fires two shots with his handgun at a distance of less than 5ft. He then repositions himself and shoots seven more times despite Grant being white and the two suspects being black - a fact Brachle would have heard on his radio. Moreover he and Grant had worked together for two years before the incident. The heavily bleeding Grant - who wasn't wearing any body armour - tries to crawl away and pleads with Brachle to stop shooting. As the lieutenant emerges from behind his car where he was crouching he realises what he has done, 'Holy s**t it's Jacob,' he cries, 'F**k me.' The group run towards Grant who is lying in the back of the car. A man can be heard shouting, 'Talk to me!' 'Come on out Dude!, the distressed Brachle cries, 'I'm sorry man, I didn't know it was you.' The lieutenant get increasingly hysterical as he backs away yelling to others, 'Jacob's been shot!' The team carry Grant out of car and lie him down on the tarmac. 'Jacob!' Jacob!' Brachle wails forcefully, 'I thought you were a bad guy!' Much swearing can be heard as the assembled group try to revive their colleague before the lieutenant gets a medical kit from his car and the video comes to an end. Grant, 38, lost 80% of his blood in the shooting and all of his vital organs were shot or injured. He reported additional injuries to his neck, shoulders, arms and hands. The detective had to undergo multiple surgeries and has been in out of hospital ever since. This week the lawsuit was settled for $6.5million (£4.5million). The city has also agree to pay Grant's medical expenses for the rest of his life. Because of this settlement, any donations he and his family have been given will be donated to other injured officers and charities he has said. The detective will also receive medical retirement despite his young age. POLICE BRUTALITY - Cop Shoots US Navy Veteran In Her Own Backyard
Spring Valley- A single mother and Navy veteran was accidentally shot in her own California backyard by a "startled" sheriff's deputy responding to a 911 call. Jennifer Orey, 36, heard there was a masked man prowling her Spring Valley neighborhood last Sunday night. The former Navy Air and Sea Rescue team member looked around her house to see if she could find any details to share with police investigators. That's when things went horribly wrong. According to KSWB, San Diego County Sheriff's deputies entered Orey's backyard without warning. The San Diego Union-Tribune reports that Orey bumped into someone carrying a flashlight and identified herself as the homeowner. That's when Deputy Luke Berhalter shot Orey at point-blank range. "He fired without warning, saying 'freeze,' or anything," James Morgan, the victim's brother, told KSWB. Before lapsing into shock, Orey was able to question her shooter about why he shot her. "I'm sorry, you startled me," he allegedly replied. The San Diego Sheriff's Department then reported that Orey was shot in the shoulder and being treated for minor injuries. This, her family says, is not true-- Orey's injuries were much more serious. "The bullet went through her chest and her left nipple, into her shoulder and out her pinkie," Morgan told KSWB. "I feel they [SDCSD] are trying to cover up their mistakes," he added. "They know the truth. They just don't want to admit it. All we want is for them to own up to their mistake and be responsible just like anybody else." The District Attorney's Office is now investigating the shooting. Deputy Berhalter has been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of the investigation. http://digitaljournal.com/article/331410#ixzz24TdkkzQP

NYPD Pig Exposed On Cell Phone Video Ranting & Belittling Uber Driver
The NYPD’s Internal Affairs Bureau is investigating an incident caught on video of a man believed to be an NYPD cop dressing down an Uber driver in a curse-laden tirade after pulling the driver over on a Manhattan street, police said. The one-sided shouting match unfolded when the Uber driver was pulled over on the West Side Highway around 2 p.m. Monday, with passengers sitting in the backseat, the video posted to YouTube shows. The officer was trying to park an unmarked car in the roadway without using a blinker, according to the description on the video post. That’s when the Uber driver pulled around and gestured to the cop that he should be using a blinker. The cop then turned on the lights, pulled the car over and started yelling at the driver. “Stop it with your ‘For what sir, for what sir,’ I don’t know what f–king planet you think you’re on right now,” the cop says before walking away. When he comes back, he barks at the driver, “Pull over five f—ing feet, you understand me? Pull over.” A passenger in the back recorded the entire interaction. The cop walks back to the car and starts to speak to the driver and when the driver responds with an “OK,” the cops goes off on him again. “OK what? You don’t let me f—ing finish. Stop interrupting me,” he says. The driver then apologizes. “People are allowed to park their cars on the side of the street without your interference,” the cop adds. He then asks the man how long he’s been in this country. The cop says he would have arrested the driver but that he is “not important enough.” The NYPD said Internal Affairs is investigating the incident but would not confirm whether the man in the video is an NYPD officer. http://nypost.com/2015/03/31/nypd-probing-video-of-cop-screaming-at-uber-driver/

POLICE BRUTALITY - Texas Cop Punches 9 Months Pregnant Iraq War Vet During CPS Visit
A video has emerged which appears to show a deputy hitting a heavily pregnant Iraq war veteran on her back during an arrest. Deanna Robinson, of Quinlan, Texas, was 38 weeks pregnant when she says she was struck at least three times at her parents' home. She said deputies and state workers from Child Protective Services were present to remove her 18-month-old son because of allegations of abuse or neglect following a fight between her and her husband. The March 4 video shows a group of people in the kitchen of her parents' home - her mother is holding her son as two officers struggle with Robinson. Her parents' home surveillance system records in intervals - it captured about 30 seconds of the confrontation. Robinson, 38, is cornered and there are two officers behind her - she is not clearly visible, but is near the kitchen counter. In the video, which was posted to Facebook and YouTube, Robinson can be heard screaming 'Let go, you know I'm pregnant.' But then one of the officers appears to hit her with his fist and his arm raises again. The camera cuts off, but Robinson, who received the Air Force's highest honor, the Airman's Medal, after helping drag several soldiers from a burning plane in Iraq, insists he struck her about three of four more times. 'I'm 38 weeks pregnant, and with my stomach again repeatedly pressed into that counter, and with my 18-month old son watching his mother be assaulted, and him screaming in fear,' Robinson said to WFAA. 'There's nothing that warrants what they did to me.' Robinson spent six days in jail after being charged with resisting arrest, interfering with child custody and assaulting an officer. Robinson says her stomach hit the kitchen counter repeatedly during the incident, causing bruising. There are photos of the alleged injuries on a Facebook group set up by friends about her case. Six days later her son, Levi was born. 'It's ridiculous, it's insane,' she said to NBCDFW. 'I was handcuffed almost immediately and shoved into a corner by two giant men. I wouldn't have had an opportunity to assault anyone. There's nothing to warrant what they did to me.' She says CPS were called as she and her husband - with who she says she has a rocky relationship - had an argument at their home. She says she went to her parent's home with her toddler son, but her stepson, who has cerebral palsy and is in a wheelchair, told his teacher about the incident - who in turn reported it to CPS. On March 3, CPS investigators removed her three stepchildren - ranging in age from six to nine - from their home. Then Robinson received a call from a CPS investigator telling her that he wanted to talk to her about the incident as well as check up on her toddler son. But she says when they arrived, they told her they were they to take her son. She says she stepped in front of her son as she tried to close the door and put her hands up as she screamed 'No, you're not touching my kid.' Robinson says they pushed past her as she demanded to see the paperwork and handcuffed her. Her toddler is currently in temporary CPS custody. Levi is being cared for by her parents. On Monday Hunt County Sheriff Randy Meeks posted a statement on the department's Facebook page after the video went viral. It read: 'I have become aware of an internet allegation accusing one of my deputies of improper actions. 'I have initiated an administrative investigation to determine if any policy violations occurred.' http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3029124/Video-shows-deputy-hitting-heavily-pregnant-war-veteran-remove-toddler-care.html

EPIC RANT - Angry Navy Veteran Grandma Calls Out Black Lives Matter Hypocrisy
#AllLivesMatter Peggy Hubbard’s rant about Black Lives Matter activists has been viewed over 7 million times since it was uploaded to Facebook late last week. Over seven million people have viewed Peggy Hubbard’s six-minute long video in which she critiques a portion of the Black Lives Matter movement after it protested the killing of a young black man but not the death of a 9-year-old girl killed by a stray bullet. Hubbard, a Ferguson, Missouri grandmother and a veteran of the U.S. Navy, posted the video on Thursday with the short abstract “From my heart!” In it, she laments the fact Black Lives Matters activists protested the police-involved killing of Mansur Ball-Bey during an attempted arrest in St. Louis. The 18-year-old teen was shot in the back, according to the local medical examiner, while officers attempted to serve a search warrant. According to a report in the Wall Street Journal, Ball-Bey pointed a gun at officers prior to being shot. “They went to execute a warrant for arrest for a very, very bad guy,” Hubbard said in the video. “Within the same time frame, news broke out about a nine-year-old girl in Ferguson who died in a drive-by shooting, in her room, doing her homework. She dies by a stray bullet to the chest.” “Last night, who do you think they protested for? The thug. The criminal. Because they’re hollering police brutality, are you f—ing kidding me? Police brutality? How about black brutality?” Black Lives Matter is a political movement borne out of a spate of police-involved deaths of young black men in the United States: Most notably, the death of Michael Brown in Ferguson and Freddie Gray in Baltimore, which sparked widespread, sometimes violent, protests. Hubbard suggested the movement should focus on problems within its own community rather than strictly police brutality. “You want to be upset about black lives? You want to be upset about police brutality? There is real police brutality out there, I’ll give you that,” Hubbard concedes. “But night after night after night, on channel 4, channel 2, channel 5, channel 30, channel 11, St. Louis Post-Dispatch, murder, murder, murder, murder, black on black murder. But yet you a–holes are out there tearing up your own s–t… for a criminal, for a thug?” http://globalnews.ca/news/2182350/ferguson-grandmother-critiques-black-lives-matter-says-group-is-defending-a-thug/

POLICE BRUTALITY - San Diego Cops Beat & Pepper Spray Innocent Man With Down Syndrome
A 21-year-old man who is developmentally disabled was hit and forced to the ground, as well as pepper sprayed, before he was taken into custody by California sheriff's deputies. According to CNN, Antonio Martinez was taken to the hospital and he was also detained for possible obstruction of justice, but San Diego County Sheriff's Department spokesman Jan Caldwell said that there was no citation or charge filed on that or other counts. According to sources, the incident took place on last Tuesday night, near Martinez's family bakery. Deputies were looking for a possible domestic violence suspect. Caldwell said that deputies spotted Martinez walk by and he was covering his head with a sweatshirt hood and he had his hands in his pockets. According to UPI, deputies asked him to stop and when he didn't stop, a deputy used pepper spray on Martinez and then struck him with a baton, which sent him to the ground. Martinez was then handcuffed. A witness said that she told the deputy that Martinez had a disability several times before and during the confrontation. Caldwell said that it was dark out and the deputy could not tell that Martinez had a disability. Jessica Martinez, the victim's sister, said that her father is thinking about suing the sheriff's department. http://www.digitaljournal.com/article/339592#ixzz2FqNjmGNg

POLICE STATE - Corrupt Cops Arrest Man For Having Krispy Kreme Donut Glaze In His Car
ORLANDO – A Florida man’s love of doughnuts got him arrested, strip-searched and tossed in jail for 10 hours after officers mistook several crumbs of icing for crystal methamphetamine, he told WFTV. Dan Rushing says he’s now considering legal action after the fateful traffic stop, which happened in December, 2015. Rushing, 64, had just dropped a neighbor off at a chemotherapy session and went to pick up an elderly friend from church at a 7-11 store when police pulled him over around 1 p.m. The arresting officer, Cpl. Shelby Riggs-Hopkins, wrote in the police report that they were surveilling the store after getting multiple complaints of drug activity. Riggs-Hopkins pulled Rushing over after he left the parking lot for failing to come to a complete stop and speeding (he was driving 42 mph in a 35 mph zone). When he pulled out his identification, Riggs-Hopkins noticed his concealed firearm permit and asked for permission to search his car, according to the report. “I didn’t have anything to hide,” he said in an interview with WFTV. “I’ll never let anyone search my car again.” The officers found “in plain view a rock like substance on the floor board where his feet were … I recognized, through my eleven years of training and experience as a law enforcement officer, the substance to be some sort of narcotic.” Riggs-Hopkins wrote in the report that police performed two field tests on the “rock like substance,” and that it tested positive for narcotics both times. Rushing was arrested for possession of an amphetamine with a weapon. Rushing, who says he’s never even smoked marijuana, believes the “substance” was just sugar from the Krispy Kreme doughnuts he treats himself to every other week. “I kept telling them, ‘That’s … glaze from a doughnut. … They tried to say it was crack cocaine at first, then they said, ‘No, it’s meth, crystal meth,'” Rushing told the Orlando Sentinel. The arrest record also documented his protests: “Rushing stated that the substance is sugar from a Krispie (sic) Kreme Donut that he ate,” according to the police report. Rushing says he was strip-searched and booked into the county jail for 10 hours until he was released on a $2,500 bond. Charges were dropped a month after his arrest when the Florida Department of Law Enforcement crime lab determined that the “meth” was not a narcotic. A spokesperson for the FDLE said the test was only for narcotics, and the lab couldn’t confirm that it was indeed from the Krispy Kreme doughnuts. When asked about the false-positive field tests, police told the paper, “At this time, we have no responsive records. …There is no mechanism in place for easily tracking the number of, or results of, field drug testing.” “It’s a terrible feeling to go to jail when you have not done anything,” Rushing said. Rushing has hired an attorney and reached out to the city about the arrest, but it’s not clear what damages he’s seeking. http://wgntv.com/2016/07/28/no-its-meth-cops-mistook-krispy-kreme-doughnut-crumbs-for-drugs-man-says/

POLICE BRUTALITY - Out Of Control Cop Caught Viciously Beating Handcuffed Suspect
FEDERAL HEIGHTS, Colo. — Federal Heights police officers knew one of their own, 51-year-old Cpl. Mark Magness, had “anger issues.” That anger turned violent on Dec. 6. Dramatic body camera video obtained by FOX31 Problem Solvers shows Magness dragging 48-year-old suspect Kent Lasnik from a Federal Heights patrol car after his arrest for allegedly attacking a local liquor store clerk. Magness told his supervisors as he was leading a handcuffed Lasnik to a booking area he “stumbled into [a] refrigerator.” The cut Lasnik suffered from the “stumble” would later require stitches at a nearby hospital to close a gash on his chin. Once inside the booking area, video from three stationary cameras and body cameras from Magness and his partner, officer David Romero, show Magness’ anger start to boil over. Lasnik is uncuffed and placed in a holding cell as Magness shouts obscenities at Lasnik. At one point, Lanik raises his hand in Magness’ face and the beating starts. According to prosecutors, Magness struck Lasnik seven times while on a bench in the holding cell. He’s hit another five times after he’s dragged to the floor and handcuffed again. Audio and video from Romero’s body camera show him trying to calm down Magness as he throws a restraint chair across the room. Magness replies “F*** that, F*** that.” Once he’s thrown into the restraint chair, Magness applies pressure to Lasnik’s head and temple. Lasnik screams in pain as Magness pushes deeper into pressure points under his chin and left eye. Magness is heard on body camera telling Lasnik, “You picked the wrong cop to fight with, man. I can tell you THAT right now!” The end of the video obtained shows paramedics arriving at the booking station. Lasnik is strapped to a gurney and taken to the hospital. Magness can be heard telling his supervisor, “Yeah, I busted him up. … I take full responsibility.” Later that night, Romero told his supervisor that “it didn’t look good” and a sergeant would “probably have to review the tapes.” Federal Heights police started an internal investigation and Magness was fired later that month. Earlier this year, the Adams County District Attorney’s Office charged Magness with assault. Warning signs about Magness’ anger were evident for years. This is the second time Magness has been accused of assault while wearing a Federal Heights police uniform. In 2009, he pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of throwing a person to the ground, nearly breaking his arm. Public records show the man later called 911 and Magness returned to the scene claiming he had no idea what had happened. Current Police Chief Karl Wilmes did not hold that position in 2009 but told FOX31 Problem Solvers on Tuesday that he has “no idea why [Magness] was kept on” with the department after that incident. Even Romero told Adams County prosecutors, “Officer Magness has had a history of being very aggressive with suspects.” Romero elaborates, telling prosecutors, “He’s been told he’s had anger issues before and like I say, it’s taken a SGT or another officer to do it and there’s been time where he’s able himself to calm down.” For the recent jail beating, Magness pleaded guilty to misdemeanor assault and was placed on one year probation by an Adams County court in June. Lasnik was also charged with misdemeanor assault. He has retained an attorney who says they are considering civil action. http://kdvr.com/2015/06/30/body-cam-shows-federal-heights-officer-with-history-of-violence-beating-suspect/

RAW VIDEO - Marine Sergeant Brutally Attacks Cab Driver
(CBS) SURF CITY, N.C. - A Marine will be facing a felony charge in the alleged assault of a North Carolina cab driver, whose story became public after a video of the assault was posted online, Jacksonville Daily News reports. On Sunday, Gunnery Sgt. John Kinosh was charged with two misdemeanors - assault inflicting serious injury and communicating threats in the alleged beating of Charles Hawkesworth. Ernie Lee, district attorney for Onslow County, said he reviewed video of the attack Wednesday and issued a new felony charge of assault inflicting serious bodily injury after a continued investigation. The video allegedly shows the cab driver being pummeled early Sunday morning by his passenger, who is believed to be Kinosh, a soldier stationed with Marine Special Operations Command Special Operations School at Camp Lejeune. Rex Bowen, owner of Island Taxi, the company Hawkesworth works for, told NBC affiliate WECT Sunday night that the victim suffered multiple fractures to his face and received about 15 stitches, in addition to going through reconstructive surgery. Brittany Schwartz, Hawkesworth's girlfriend, stated in a Facebook post Wednesday that Hawkesworth will need two titanium plates to reconnect his cheekbone and eye socket. "The other fractures should be able to grow back together on their own," she stated. "Charles should only be out of commission for two weeks, and then should be able to get back to a semi-normal life." Col. James Glynn, commanding officer of Marine Special Operations School, U.S. Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command, stated in an email release that the command is aware of the circumstances surrounding the incident. "We are fully cooperating with local officials to get to the bottom of this matter quickly and efficiently," he stated. Chief Mike Halstead of the Surf City Police Department said Monday that Kinosh checked himself into a "mental evaluation center" right after the incident and warrants had not yet been served, Jacksonville Daily News reported. Halstead said Kinosh cannot be served until he is released from the psychiatric hospital. Bowen said he installed video cameras into all of his cabs to ensure the safety of his drivers and passengers. He told WECT he's been in business for five years and this is the first time one of his drivers has ever been assaulted. "It's disappointing that something like this would happen ... We try to be a friendly business," Bowen said. "It just amazes me that the guy flipped the way he did. I understand he's checked himself into a mental institution to avoid prosecution. That bothers me even more." http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-504083_162-57512978-504083/john-kinosh-u.s-marine-faces-felony-charge-after-video-of-brutal-cab-driver-attack-goes-viral/

POLICE BRUTALITY - Cops Bodyslam Nurse Twice For Talking On Her Cell Phone While Driving
A Los Angeles Police Department captain has been removed from his command for his handling of an incident in which two of his officers were caught on surveillance tape slamming a handcuffed nurse to the pavement and then apparently fist bumping each other. Michelle Jordan, 34, from Sunland, Calif., was allegedly pulled over for a cell phone violation on Aug. 21. A security camera at a Del Taco restaurant shows one of the officers shoving the woman to the ground. Once she is standing again, she is handcuffed and an officer body slams her to the ground and lands on top of her. The two officers, who have not been identified, appear to give each other fist bumps after putting the woman in a patrol car. LAPD Police Chief Charlie Beck said in a statement Wednesday he has removed Captain Joseph Hiltner from his command. The officers involved in the incident have also been removed from field duties while the Internal Affairs Group conducts a criminal and administrative investigation. Beck said, "I have serious concerns about this incident and I believe the commanding officer of Foothill Area was severely deficient in his response... Proper steps were not taken, including appropriate notifications and the removal of the involved officers from the field." Hiltner could not be reached for comment. Attorney S.J. Nazif, who will represent Jordan along with his partner Arthur Corona, told ABCNews.com his team is pleased Beck is taking these steps. However, Nazif said, it is not enough. "It falls short of a resolution for our client, who has suffered physically and emotionally at the hands of these officers, and it falls short of providing a resolution of this problem that still plagues the LAPD," Nazif said. Physicians are examining Jordan's injuries, which KABC reports include contusions to her face and body, according to police reports. Beck has ordered the video of the incident to be played at all roll calls and said commanding officers will attend roll calls and discuss the use of force issues throughout the department. "Every Los Angeles Police Officer, regardless of rank, will be held accountable for their actions," Beck said. http://abcnews.go.com/US/lapd-investigates-officers-forceful-stop/story?id=17117761

Scumbag Cops Beat Man Who Begged For His Life To Death, Then Seize Video Evidence Of The Crime
The sharp cracks echoing from the East Bakersfield street were loud enough to jolt Ruben Ceballos from a midnight slumber. Then he heard screams. The 19-year-old jumped from his living room sofa and hurried to the kitchen door, which offered a view of the violent scene outside — Kern County sheriff's deputies repeatedly striking a man in the head with batons as he lay on the pavement. "I saw two sheriff's deputies on top of this guy, just beating him," Ceballos said in an interview Monday. "He was screaming in pain ... asking for help. He was incapable of fighting back — he was outnumbered, on the ground. They just beat him up." The man was David Sal Silva, 33, a father of four, and he was pronounced dead less than an hour later. The altercation last week was videotaped by witnesses and has roiled the Central Valley city for days. One woman frantically called 911, telling the operator: "The guy was laying on the floor and eight sheriffs ran up and started beating him up with sticks. The man is dead laying right here, right now. I got it all on video camera and I'm sending it to the news. These cops have no reason to do this to this man." In an unusual move, sheriff's officials later detained for several hours two witnesses who had videotaped the incident on their phones. They were released only after they surrendered their phones to deputies. "It makes it look like a coverup," said David Cohn, a lawyer for Silva's children and parents, adding that he has not been able to see the footage. "What we're all concerned about is, 'Are these videos going to be altered? Are they going to be deleted?' " Kern County Sheriff Donny Youngblood said in an interview Monday that it was too early in the investigation to reach any conclusions about Silva's death. But he defended the decision to take custody of the phones as a way of preserving possible evidence. The sheriff said his office obtained a search warrant for the phones. "We still have to secure the evidence, especially when the evidence can tell us whether we did it right or wrong," Youngblood said. He said his agency, to remove the appearance of any conflict, has asked the Bakersfield Police Department to analyze the phone videos. KERO-TV Channel 23 in Bakersfield broadcast a security camera video from the scene showing grainy images of figures pummeling someone on the ground, with about 20 swings of what appear to be batons or sticks. It's difficult to see Silva in the seven-minute video or how many of those swings connected. http://articles.latimes.com/2013/may/13/local/la-me-0514-kern-beating-20130514

Lunch Police Take Preschooler's Homemade Lunch & Force Her To Eat 3 Chicken Nuggets Instead
A preschool girl was told her homemade meal wasn't healthy enough - so a school cafeteria monitor made her eat chicken nuggets instead. The rejected meal consisted of a turkey and cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread, with a side of a banana, potato chips, and apple juice. 'What got me so mad is, number one, don't tell my kid I'm not packing her lunch box properly,' the mother from North Carolina, who wished to remain anonymous, told a local newspaper. 'I pack her lunchbox according to what she eats. It always consists of a fruit. It never consists of a vegetable. She eats vegetables at home because I have to watch her because she doesn't really care for vegetables.' The Department of Health and Human Services requires students to eat lunches that consist of meat, milk, grain, and two servings of fruit or vegetables. It isn't clear what the entire meal that the cafeteria at West Hoke Elementary School consisted of, but all that the picky four-year-old girl ate were the chicken nuggets. The mother still wonders what it was exactly that disqualified her meal, and she expects that the bag of potato chips were potentially the problem. That said, Jani Kozlowski, the spokesperson from the DHHS children's division said that the meal sounds like it would have passed the federal guidelines test. 'With a turkey sandwich, that covers your protein, your grain, and if it had cheese on it, that's the dairy,' Ms Kozlowski told The Carolina Journal. 'It sounds like the lunch itself would've met all of the standards,' she said, not having worked with the school in question herself. On top of the wasted food that was sent home with the little girl at the end of the day was a $1.25 bill for the 'healthy' school lunch. 'I don't feel that I should pay for a cafeteria lunch when I provide lunch for her from home,' the mother wrote in a letter to her state representative http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2101354/Food-police-reject-preschoolers-homemade-lunch--favour-chicken-nuggets.html#ixzz1nVkHDeLo

POLICE BRUTALITY - Alabama Cop Takes Down Grandpa & Leaves Him Paralyzed
When Chirag Patel walked into his father’s hospital room, he saw a different man than the one he had left just two hours before. Sureshbhai Patel, 57, lay in shock. Dried blood caked his nose. His neck was swollen and blotched with bruises. Chirag lifted Sureshbhai’s arm, and let go. It flopped down to the bed. “It was devastating,” Chirag said on Sunday, nine days after a Madison, Alabama, police officer threw Sureshbhai to the ground, sparking a civil rights lawsuit, a federal investigation and international outrage aimed at law enforcement in this small southern town. Madison police officer Eric Parker charged with third-degree assault after video emerges of him throwing Sureshbhai Patel, visiting from India, to the floor. Sureshbhai had traveled from his farm in India to help care for his grandson, who had been born prematurely. Less than two weeks later, a police officer left him partially paralyzed, the result of significant trauma to the cervical spine. “This police officer probably wouldn’t have perceived Mr Patel as vulnerable if he wasn’t a person of color,” said Hank Sherrod, the Patel family’s lawyer. “But that doesn’t mean [the incident was] motivated by any particular racial hatred.” Police power and accountability are at the center of this case, Sherrod said. Sureshbhai has shown progress in physical therapy, but doctors have warned his son that it is too soon to gauge whether a full recovery is possible. Sureshbhai still doesn’t have enough grip strength to hold a spoon. http://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2015/feb/16/it-was-devastating-a-family-struggles-to-recover-from-brutal-alabama-beating

POLICE STATE - West Virginia Teen Suspended & Arrested For Wearing NRA Shirt To School
CHARLESTON, W.VA. (WTVR) — The West Virginia teen arrested and suspended from school for refusing to remove his National Rifle Association t-shirt returned to school Monday. Officials said 14-year-old Jared Marcum walked into his classroom wearing the exact same shirt, which depicts a hunting rifle with the statement, "protect your right." But dozens of other students wore similar shirts to show their support on Monday. School leaders said they are sticking by Marcum's one-day suspension, saying that he caused a disruption. He was charged by police with obstruction. However, the school said no disciplinary action was taken against any student Monday. http://wtvr.com/2013/04/24/w-va-teen-arrested-for-nra-shirt-goes-back-to-class/

EPIC FAIL - Murder Suspect Tries To Steal Cop’s Gun In Interrogation Room
A Cincinnati police officer had a close call when a murder suspect attempted to grab the officer’s gun while switching the suspect’s handcuffs. According to WLWT5 News, the murder suspect, Thomas Robinson, was being processed by police in an interrogation room. Video cameras in the room recorded the incident showing the police officer hunched over trying to take off Robinson’s handcuffs when suddenly the suspect looks towards the gun and grabs it. The police officer quickly blocks Robinson from yanking the gun out of its holster and grapples with the suspect. Two other officers rush into the room and taze the suspect. In the video, Robinson yells “kill me, kill me” when struggling to take the officer’s firearm. Cincinnati Police Lt. Steve Saunders would not confirm with WLWT5 News that the suspect attempted “suicide by cop” by trying to steal the officer’s gun. “As a police officer, that’s probably one of the worst nightmares you can play out in your head is somebody struggling with you over your gun,” Saunders told WLWT5 News. Robinson is charged with murder after allegedly killing a 17-year-old boy in a shooting. http://globalnews.ca/news/2786578/watch-murder-suspect-tries-to-take-police-officers-gun-while-in-custody/

GRAPHIC VIDEO - Oklahoma Cop Shoots & Kills Man On Bus For Wrestling With Other Cop Over Gun
Newly released footage shows how Oklahoma police shot and killed a man who behaved uncontrollably on a bus and tried to grab an officer's gun. Miguel Chavez-Angles, 42, died in Oklahoma City last month and the police department released video of the confrontation that led to his shooting Monday. Chavez-Angles had been taken to the hospital just hours before after he was seen inside a church banging his head on the floor and saying he was upset about his potential divorce, authorities said. He called his wife in the afternoon before getting into a car with two women and telling them to drive, KFOR reported. Police received reports of a kidnapping right around that time. Chavez-Angles eventually got out of the car and locked himself into an auto parts store, police said, before getting on a city bus. Surveillance footage shows Chavez-Angles pressing the bus driver to keep driving and offering him money. Chavez-Angles seems agitated as he continues his conversation with the bus driver, telling him not to open the door. He then climbs on top of a luggage rack and gets hold of a fire extinguisher. The driver opens the door and tells all the other passengers to get off the bus. The vehicle appears to be empty except for Chavez-Angles and the driver when two officers arrive. One of them, identified as Heather Lane, steps inside with her gun in her hand. Chavez-Angles can be seen dropping the fire extinguisher and trying to grab Lane's weapon. A shot seems to go off before a second officer, identified as Daniel Carli, intervenes. The footage as published by KFOR freezes before the shots go off but several of them can be heard. Chavez-Angles died on the bus, police said. Carli and Lane remain on restricted duty while authorities investigate the shooting. The Oklahoma County District Attorney will decide whether it was justified. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3696796/Miguel-Chavez-Angles-shot-dead-Oklahoma-police-video.html

POLICE STATE - 5 Year Old Boy Suspended From Kindergarten For Getting A "Disruptive" Mohawk
PARMA, OH - A mother in Ohio is outraged after being told her son can't return to school unless he gets rid of his mohawk. The 5-year-old was sent home from kindergarten last week over the hair style and has not been back since. She said keeping him out of class is too severe a punishment. "I'm going to have to take him to go get it shaved because obviously he has to go to school," Keshia Castle said. "I'm already going to a mediation because he's missed a few days of school." The school district told her that his hair caused a disturbance in class because teachers couldn't keep the attention of the other students. http://www.cbsatlanta.com/story/21916869/ohio-boy-suspended-because-of-his-mohawk
