The Freak - Bluntmation
This film was originally intended to be just a short "one gag" kinda deal... Like "The Game", and "The Game part 2" ... well that was the plan, but I just kept getting more ideas to work in to it... This was intended to be a "special effects" testing process, WITHOUT actually USING, any "artificial" Special effects, so all the "cool stuff" (exept fot the masking) was done "ON SET", instead of in post-production. as it stands it has become the BIGGEST "one day film" I've EVER done... That's right The whole process took less than 24 hours, late the night before shooting, I built a few of the buildings, the next day I had written, built everything else, recorded audio, made audio timeline, filmed, assembled, even some bluescreening... well to be technically accurate, MASKING not bluescreeneing, (although it's a similar process i guess) I must thank Wandrer (talk to him on the brick films forums - see the contact page) for his WONDERFUL program BSOL (Blue Screen Of Life) this was the first time I'd used it, and everything went very smoothly. and you WILL wan't to keep a sharp eye out, because you just might see some familiar characters.

SONY TX5, Will it BREAK, DROWN, FREEZE & BURN? Camera review
The TX5, Sony's "tough" camera; Will it Blend? phht, probably, those Blendtec Blenders are STUPID evil, but Will Sony's little "tough" point and shoot happy snapper survive the torture test of Blunty? A man KNOWN to not just void warranties, but violate them with the thick end of a baseball bat... lets see. Blunty3000 puts the SONY Cyber-shot DSC-TX5 camera he was offered for review, through it's hoops to see if it really IS as tough as sony have been telling people... by giving it several Drop tests, submersion in water, freezing it solid and setting it on fire* Oh, and in case you were wondering, the time-lapse footage was shot on my iPhone 3GS using the ReelMoments app, and I had it mounted to the tripod using my OWLE Bubo (reviewed here; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kWjp5UeVxuE ) *note; Sony don't actually claim that it's fire-proof... at all... but it felt like a fun idea heh.

MeatSpace Pilot - Episode 001
A pilot episode for a proposed series of short animated episodes. "MeatSpace" aims to be a primarily topical, and somewhat sarcastically humorous look at "geeky-ness" be it video gaming, internet or TV related. Starring the main characters Kevin (also know by his online tag FragJunkie) and Toby (Enjoo). With tertiary characters likely. This episode runs pretty thick and fast, and is fairly heavy with geeky referances. I think any future eps will have to be paced a bit milder ;) If you're confused as to the name; meatspace : (noun, informal) the physical world, as opposed to cyberspace or a virtual environment Representative of the fact we experience the characters cyberspace related moments by witnessing them in Meatspace.

The White Ninja - Bluntmation
This is a film That was originally planned to be a two minute short to get me "back in the swing" of things after having not animated for six months... however, it bloated right up to five minutes long before I knew what happened. *Shrug* so I'm verbose... what's a guy to do? Just to warn you, as I was a little rusty, there are a few technical flaws I really shouldn't have made (some lighting problems for example), I hope that they don't distract you too much from the fun of the film. And as with most of my films, this one will be more enjoyable, and make more sense (as much as it can anyway) if you're familiar with my other films.

1-INCH PUNCH - SONY RX100 vs NIKON V1 - Video Shoot-out
Sony Rx100, the new flagship pocketable point & shoot compact from Sony, that many are praising as "DSLR Quality", and Blunty's putting it up against the Nikon 1 system camera, the Nikon V1... Why? Well, they both have a 1-inch imaging sensor chips inside, and they both are landmark concepts in their respective categories. Inch by inch, shot by shot. As usual for this type of vid; I STRONGLY recommend the 1080p mode & full-screen viewing (or best possible settings for whatever you're watching on) Yes there's a full RX100 review coming soon, watch for it. - The Music is just come stitch-job I bolted up in GarageBand. This shootout was conduced in video mode, Aperture priority - sometimes matching aperture setting, sometimes taking advantage of the significantly faster lens on the SONY to demonstrate the difference. The Nikon V1 was used with the Kit Nikon 1 Nikkor VR 10-30mm f/3.5-5.6 lens which provided a very close match to the focal length & zoom range of the SONY RX100's 10.4-37.1mm f/1.8-f/4.9 Both set to record 1080P (The SONY at 50P & the Nikon V1 at 30P (there was no 1080 framerate matched setting between cameras - this has led to the Nikon footage being slightly choppier than it actually is when played in a native framerate timeline - but the image quality comparison is still valid). Using the Default picture profiles on each Camera, ISO set to Auto - but capped at ISO3200 on both, and Focus either in C-AF or Manual mode. The cameras were recording each scene simultaneously, mounted to the same Bar (used on and off tripod) Built in image stabilisation was turned on in both cameras. What do you think? ... perhaps the Nikon V1 would fare better if & when it gets some faster glass? Does Size matter, or do the interchangeable lenses offer a more flexible system?
