Economic Systems and Macroeconomics: Crash Course Economics #3

10:18
In which Jacob Clifford and Adriene Hill teach you about Economic Systems and Macroeconomics. So, economics is basically about choices. We'll look at some of the broadest economic choices when we talk about the difference between planned economies and market economies. We'll get into communism, socialism, command economies, and capitalism. We'll look at how countries choose the kind of system they're going to use (spoiler alert: many end up with mixed economies). We'll also look into how individuals make economic choices. Crash Course is now on Patreon! Canadians Are Going BROKE! - The FALL Of The Canadian Economy

18:34
Josh Sigurdson talks with author and economic analyst John Sneisen about the recent poll showing Canadians are dramatically cutting back their spending on extras AND essentials due to rising interest rates. The online survey of 2,003 people by Manulife Bank shows that 27% cut back on entertainment such as movies and bars, 17% put more money into savings accounts, and 10% spent less on essential items such as groceries. Canadians are facing vast regulations and taxes, the likes of which we've never seen before. From income taxes to business taxes. Property taxes, capital gains taxes, business taxes, PST, GST, MST in some places. Eco taxes, fuel taxes and then the carbon tax which is basically a tax on everything and driving prices up across the board. Then you have the regulations that are propping up massive corporations while pushing small businesses out of the market. Then the hidden tax of inflation which causes the most damage, driving up the price of living on a regular basis all while the majority of Canadians are none-the-wiser to this scheme. As central banks are desperate to manipulate the economy into further temporary prosperity, making the inevitable crash even worse, they are raising interest rates which is affecting basically every market in the country including the bubbled real estate markets in Vancouver and Toronto. In order to avoid negative interest rates, we see the rates continuously propped up. The centralization begets more centralization, begets a massive crash. All fiat currencies have eventually reverted to their true value of zero. They always have, they always will going back to 1024 AD in China. The fundamentals are off the table due to the level of manipulation in the monetary system as well as in the markets, so we cannot put a date on the crash, but we know it has to happen eventually and we know people are struggling while the government continues to take their money, spend it on terrible things inefficiently and drive us to revere our chains all the more in apathy to this massive centralized collective. The pension shortfall is said to be around 400 trillion dollars world wide by the year 2050. The BIS recently claimed Canada is one of three economies most at risk of a banking crisis. Household debt recently hit 1.8 trillion dollars. This is no joke and precautions must be taken. It comes down to self sustainability. Independence. Decentralization. It comes down to free individuals educating themselves and learning to be financially responsible rather than dependent on banks and government. It's all about due diligence and looking to oneself rather than a giant collective entity which benefits from the debt of the populace. Stay tuned as we continue to cover this issue! ► Please Remember to Subscribe! ► https://goo.gl/P5ZUPk ► Follow me on Twitter: https://goo.gl/el5pYm ► Facebook: https://goo.gl/XflDvj --------------------------------------------- 11 Best Places to Live in Canada. Canada is the U.S.’s more peaceful, outdoorsy, and rugged cousin. Canada draws U.S. citizens, and foreigners from around the world, across its borders for several reasons. Our northern neighbor provides universal healthcare (a hot topic right now in the States), competitive wages, and a relatively low cost of living. Canada is home to more nature than even the most avid outdoorsman would know what to do with. Perhaps the great outdoors has a positive effect on people’s mood, because when compared with the States, Canada has an extremely low crime rate. Canada's Debt Reaches CATASTROPHIC Levels! - Why You Should Be Concerned!

15:55
Josh Sigurdson sits down with author and economic analyst John Sneisen to talk about the catastrophic rise in private debt to GDP in Canada as Canada moves from 10th place to 6th place world wide in debt accumulation. Canada has also reached first place out of G20 countries. Private Debt to GDP in Canada averaged 210.45 percent from 1995 until 2016, reaching an all time high of 266.89 percent in 2016 according to Trading Economics. With alarming market manipulation, derivatives markets, fiat currency printing and government spending, there's no doubt that Canada's on a collision course. The question is, when? Well the fact is, fundamentals are off the table so an exact date can't be placed on it. The markets and monetary system is being rigged to such an extent that the crash is constantly pushed forward into the future causing the looming crash to become more and more inflated and dangerous. For example, the Vancouver real estate market was ready to implode and the bubble was ready to burst, however it recently did the impossible and started climbing in value even further! This means the bubble burst is going to be epic and will surely be heard around the world. Globalist central bankers and market manipulators love the notion of pushing the populace into a bottomless pit of debt as the public then has no choice but to beg the government and banking system for a ladder up. This is servitude and it's the servitude the establishment wants for the public. Stay tuned as we continue to break down this horrific looming crash and continue to show people how to insure their wealth with gold, silver and of course cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Ethereum and STEEM. The Canadian Economy Is Doomed! - Experts Say Canada Is On The Verge of A Major Financial Crisis

11:46
Josh Sigurdson sits down with author and economic analyst John Sneisen to talk about a recent development published by the Financial Post regarding something we at WAM have spoken about for years. Canada is on the verge of a MAJOR financial crisis! As the Liberal government accumulates more debt in their first year than Harper did in 8, it's important to break down exactly why that is. According to Trading Economics, the data for debt to GDP hasn't been reported since December 2015. The credit to GDP shows alarming numbers as well, but there's no saying exactly how deep in debt Canada currently is. However, the spending vs quantitative easing shows that Canada is on a fast track towards a socialist death spiral, spinning out of control at a rate that beats nearly every other country in the world. While Finance Minister Bill Morneau shows himself to be unable to understand the most basic of economics, something we at WAM saw first hand when we confronted him on Canada selling off all of the remaining gold, it's more than likely that Canada's monetary system is being controlled by globalist counterparts at the UN and through the global central banking system. In this video John Sneisen breaks down how Canada's economy is in an epic crisis and how the dollar will eventually crash, leaving fundamentals off the table due to the level of manipulation in both the monetary system and the markets. We will continue to report on this as it develops. Stay tuned! The TRUTH About Canada's CRUMBLING Economy! - What You're NOT Being Told

29:08
Josh Sigurdson talks with author and economic analyst John Sneisen about the state of the crashing Canadian economy and the bubbled up derivatives markets as false information continues to be spread throughout the mainstream. One of the major so-called accomplishments that Prime Minister Trudeau touts is that the employment rate is up from last year. However, as John Sneisen goes into, this number is falty because it's not taking into context the labour participation rate which has been tanking. In 2008, the labour force participation rate was nearly 68%. Today it's down to 65.7%. Now it's not dramatic, but this rate far outweighs the so-called employment rate when the government uses loopholes in order to stop considering people who are clearly not in the work force as "unemployed." That only scratches the surface of a vast issue. In this video, John and Josh break down all the fallacies regarding the Trudeau government, the markets and the monetary system as the Canadian dollar continues its trend towards crashing. All fiat currencies eventually revert to their intrinsic value of zero. They always have over the past thousand years and they always will. Markets that are manipulated by the hand of the state and derivatives markets always take the same downward trajectory after appearing to be health and climbing. The Vancouver and Toronto housing markets are great examples of this. Bubbles are about to pop everywhere and the economy is about to see its end. As the Bank of Canada fools around with interest rates, quantitative easing, fractional reserve and hosts of other nonsense, the government continues to regulate competing small businesses out of the market creating government sanctioned monopolies and banks are continuing to lend out mortgage backed securities, collateralized debt obligations and credit default swaps. Debt is everywhere and the populace (unless prepared) will be in for a dramatic fall. In this video, we also provide many solutions and dig deep into the fundamentals (or lack thereof) of the markets and the monetary system. You don't want to miss this extensive report! Canadian Real Estate Dragging Down the Economy as GDP Contracts Again

18:42
It was a tough slug for the Canadian Economy in December. GDP contracted again, the third time in the past four months. Annualized GDP in Q4 came in at 0.4%, well below expectations of 1% growth. Unsurprisingly this slowdown is being led by the housing market and its knock-on effects on an over indebted household sector. Construction GDP fell for the 7th consecutive month, while residential investment sank 15% Y/Y. Consumer spending has also slowed. This sets up the economy for what will most likely be a rate cut not a rate hike in the next move by the Bank of Canada. While proclamations from news headlines suggested "nobody saw it coming" many did. All one has to do is watch the rate of household credit growth which propels employment, wage growth and real estate growth to see that it nosedived in December to the weakest pace of growth since June 1983. In a credit based economy when the rate of credit growth slows, so too will everything else.

John Ralston Saul It is time to turn away from the old models, the old for or against mass extraction, the old raw materials dependency. Canadian Housing Markets WILL CRASH! - This Is Why The Bubble Will BURST

25:50
Josh Sigurdson talks with author and economic analyst John Sneisen about the coming crash of many major Canadian housing markets as Canada is ranked the 3rd most riskiest housing market in the world. According to the study by Oxford Economics, Canada's 5 year price rise is at 33% while its overvaluation is 173% and housing credit/GDP is 71%. The only two countries beating Canada are Australia in second place and Sweden in first. As we see the return of the collateralized debt obligations, mortgage backed securities, credit default swaps, reverse mortgages, subprime lending, we are inevitably going to see the results play out over again, but this time likely far worse. With places like Toronto and Vancouver most notably feeling the results of unthinkably large bubbles as well as Victoria, Hamilton and a few other major cities and towns, there's no doubt that this will not end well, it never has. People believe their house is an asset, they don't understand the highly speculative markets or where value truly comes from. Interestingly, Canada was ranked among three countries earlier this year by the BIS most at risk of a banking crisis. As the banks are insolvent/bankrupt and we continue to see vast amounts of currency printing, inflation rising, interest rates rising, regulations piling on top of regulations and an absurd amount of taxes, this is the downfall of a society. It's inevitable. One cannot put a date on the coming crash, we just know it's going to happen and for that reason we must prepare ourselves.
