I walk you step-by-step How to Find High Profit Products to Sell on eBay.
Here are the steps I share on how to find high profit items to sell on eBay. (In my next video I’ll show you how to do the same on Amazon).
1. Log into ebay.com.
2. Click “shop by category” then “see all categories.”
3. Find a category that you’re already familiar with.
4. Niche down to the smallest category you can.
5. Filter your search to “new”, “buy it now”, and “free shipping.”
6. Find products in the $10 to $75 range.
7. Make sure that at least 10 of the product sold in the last 30 days.
8. Find products that are light to ship.
9. Differentiate! Find several products and then pick the top 3.

Yes, you can buy on Alibaba/Aliexpress/DHGate. I now focus a lot more on private labelling and selling my branded products on Amazon. If you're looking to start your business, then come and join our team! We take you step by step through the process that shows you how to build a sustainable Amazon business that works for you instead of you working for it. Our goal is to help you create a business that gives you margin to do the things you love with the people you love.

Hi Seth, just found you on YouTube. You explained very well how to find products selling well on Ebay. You mentioned that you then go to Alibaba and order from a supplier. Do you mean private label as one won't be able to sell that same exact product that is someone else's brand?
Hey Yecheskel! This video is slightly different to how we teach to private label and build your own products and brand. If you are looking to build your private label business on Amazon, then come and join our team.
I created a coaching membership that can help you build your Amazon income no matter what stage you are in the process.

1. What is alibaba?
2. Ebay fees and taxes are much higher than you state , here in uk we have to pay vat and eBay commission is around 20 % of sale
3. So you recommend buying dud apple fakes from China ?
1. Alibaba is a plaform whcih connects suppliers (mainly from China) and buyers like me and you.
2. eBay fees do vary depending on where you sell. You will have to pay VAT on any sale in the UK once you have hit the £85k threshold. Whether that be eBay or not.
3. Absolutely not! Always provide good quality products to your customers.
Hi Seth your video is the best advice I come across in many years of researching how to be a top seller on eBay. This is just so logical and yet I would have never thought of doing this. I live in the UK and our government us making it very difficult to makes ends meet financially and I'm a single mom with 2 kids to support. I would really appreciate a copy.of the list you mentioned? Many thanks for this its absolute gold 👌👌👌
Such a brilliant video you’re spot on regarding making money work for you.. recently I have read the book tony robbins Money master the game.
A must read for those that want to hustle hard 💯 all about compounding your wealth
We focus on Private Label on Amazon but may be offering more official training on eBay in the future. We believe Private Label is far more important because you have control over the entire process as you are the manufacturer and brand of your own product and you own the entire process which means the value of your company is massively greater. Seth Kniep thanks for the reply. That gives me some hope to look into it a bit more. I guess I just concluded that it was all cheap junk. I think electrical goods from China is not a good idea. Will think about other types of products. it probably takes a lot of research & testing to find good suppliers.
Yes, you can totally do this! Soon we will be releasing a Just One Dime eBay coaching course! It will teach sellers step-by-step how to totally crush it on eBay! Hi can i buy item off ebay By copying most of a sellers listing And send it straight to buyer By using buyers address and not mine To make profit Or is it a no go Be very grateful if you could let me know Big Thanks
Hey Radish! Just to be clear are you looking to sell products on eBay? If you are looking to get into re-selling branded products then come and do this on Amazon. We have our own coaching membership which teaches you how to do this step-by-step. Go here to see more: https://justonedime.com/arbitrage
We are also working on a membership for eBay too!
eBay is an online shopping platform, similar to Amazon. Customers can buy a whole range of products from this one platform.
Shopify is a commerce platform that allows anyone to easily sell online by creating their own website.
#6. Find products in the $10 to $75 range, then picks one for $8.87. Makes you very confident in his advice. And that product, from Alibaba, costs $4.45; add shipping - $2.74; plus shipping materials - $.24 (padded mailer; cheap and light); plus ebay + paypal fees - $1.16; plus the ebay listing cost (using a premium store) 6 cents per listing ($59.95 for 1000 fixed price listings) = $8.65. So he made a whopping profit of 22 cents per item, if he sells out and doesn't have to pay relisting fees. Not counting, of course, his time, or the cost of printing the labels, or the fixed costs of running an ebay business (computer, printer, internet connection, camera). And this is his best example of "high profit" items. At that rate, he would only have to sell 400,000 units to make a $100,000 profit.
I hate these scammers that post bullshit. They make most of their money, if they make any, selling courses and posting videos.
so plz can you response to me about that a question ! .. if i want do the same thing .. market research on aliexpress .. what the steps ?? i try to use filters to find best products but im not sure if really show me the new and best selling .. so how can know it my dear?? waiting for response
It is very easy to find some hot products.and there are so many people sale hot products. Not just you, if that easy , a lot of people already succeed.people Sale the same product over 20 pages , if you don’t have any good reviews. You will Sale nothing .one more thing , hot products are so many competition .why people want to buy your stuffs if you sale higher price . Customer always want to go with lower price . So all the seller go lower and lower . And you are make very a little money if you lucky. Or you will make nothing
The only thing that puts me off this kind of video is that it is on YouTube in the first place. The last thing that millionaires and successful business people do...would EVER do, is give away their tips and tricks and show the world how they did it. If they ever did it..that is. You can almost guarantee that they are spending more time uploading YouTube videos for click $...why, if they are so successful in business? And/or they will be trying to sell you a mentoring programme or package of some sort. If I was making six figures doing this...the last thing I would do without disrespecting anyone attempting to become successful in business of this nature, is to tell you how I did it. For obvious reasons. I'm not saying this guy has alterior motives , I'm just making a point...be wary. If something seems to good to be true, it probably is. Millionaires do not tell the public how they became millionaires. Always worth checking video descriptions first...If there's more info there on the uploaders coaching offers...that is usually an indication. If not and the uploader has few subscribers but credible sales evidence and they are still willing to share their tips...that I find tends to be the person who is going to give the better info because they aren't ultimately looking to take money from your pocket whilst dressing it up as a get rich quick scheme coaching course.
The reason I do this is because I love coaching. Not everyone chooses their path based on income alone. There is more to life than how much money one makes. Amazon and eBay is far more passive income for me and takes far less time once a product is launched and all I have to do is make sure the listing is optimized and stay apprised to the ever-changing competition.
A wise man once told me: if you can find something that you love, that your customers love, and that makes you money while doing it, you have found the sweet spot.
1. My dream with Amazon and eBay was to have margin to do what I love with the people I love. Amazon and eBay does exactly this for me: it gives me margin to be able to not just sell on online, but coach others how to do it, and watch them become wealthy and in turn have margin to do the things they love with the people they love.
2. I am building an army of entrepreneurs in 90+ countries who invest, network, teach, learn, grow, make money, and give back. The opportunities this has created for me and the Just One Dime community are massive. I don't want to just be an Amazon or eBay seller and coach. I want to impact the world. My goal is far bigger than selling on Amazon and showing people how to do it. My dream is to build people. To raise up a vast army of entrepreneurs who can help each other, grow rich, and impact the world in a way that is meaningful and lasting.
Unfortunately with eBay you have to store the products in your own home or warehouse etc. This is why I send all of my eBay inventory to Amazon and do multi-channel fulfilment (Get Amazon to ship the product to the customer once they buy on eBay). It saves me a TON of time!
I do accept what you have written - definately not straight forward than it sounds to make money from Trading and someone may easily make a loss.
You should be aware of this and get help from other people who have traded for years. I searched round many websites and found plenty of expert advice by searching google on websites such as Rapid Flipper Tactic. I wish you luck and hope you make some cash!
Hey Seth! I just recently got introduced to your channel but I really love the value you offer, it is much appreciated. I know this video if from 2016 but I was wondering if I could possibly get that list of the top selling ebay products??
Thanks for nada Sethy boy.. - this only works in THEORY but not in real life! Great for page views and to generate pennies by all of us idiots clicking on your video. First off - Alibaba is a complete JOKE! Just do some research yourself. Second, where's the price of shipping that YOU as the seller have to pay?? Why not try drop-shipping instead?? You're really gonna turn this into a full time "business" and mail out 100 effin products a day?? Are u outta your mind???
I just love how he ignores the REAL questions and calls it "negative". Typical internet marketer...
That's awesome, Gary! Thank you man. The list is the top 100 selling products on eBay. If you are interested, then go here and I will email it to you: https://justonedime.com/lm/top-100-selling-items-on-ebay 😃
Your not really showing the profit your making per item, it’s one thing finding the best selling products but it’s another finding the stock at the right price, I’m sure the guy selling 100 units a day will have more favourable buying terms than a new small time buyer, your just not going to be competitive regarding pricing
All drop shippers should keep a uniform profit of at least $15 per product item. Everybody is pinching pennies and hurting each other in the process of doing so. Raise profits to a minimum price and the customer will have to pay while the seller prospers simultaneously.
A dime is 1/1,000,000 of $100k So, if you can turn .10 into 100k, you could turn 100k into $100,000,000,000. It would make sense that on your journey to one hundred billion dollars, you would NOT stop to make a complete BS youtube video. What do I know, though. I ain't got the dime to start with. Doh! Found a penny. That can be turned into 10 grand. Here I come, baby!!!
Rhode Island Novelty Company has a lot of little products that you can get extremely cheap. They are the type of thing you might resell at a local gathering, county fair, or booth somewhere. Things you pay $1.00 for, that during the right event, you can sell for $12 or $15 bucks. It's unreal what parents will pay for red/white/blue glow necklaces (~$8) when their kids start whining how bad they want them as your towns firework show is about to begin. You can get them for .36 each ($18 for 50 pieces) . Then again, maybe RI Novelty got their stuff from China. Maybe China is the place after all :)
Hey Moe! it really does depend, there will always be products that sell better than others. You can click here to see some examples of top selling products here. https://justonedime.com/lm/top-100-selling-items-on-ebay
First mistake here : the original Apple charger on eBay that sells like crazy and have been selling like crazy because it an ORIGINAL Apple charger ( you can’t buy this on alibaba or other wise it won’t be an original Apple charger ) it will be just a cheap generic cable that sells on eBay 3 pcs for $1 just saying !!
Trying to drum up some ebay business. Google catranch69 and you will find my ebay site. Lots of fashions and designer labels, most under 10$. Celebrating 19 years on ebay. Thank you for posting these motivating videos. :)
I probably won't buy anything, but did add you to my favorite sellers for the fun of it. Looks like you do alright. You'll probably see very little if anything selling from me, but...just for the heck of it, find matt.regi and add me :)
Thank you, Matt! You're 100% correct, it can be done if you do your homework! 😀 Here is the list of top eBay items, it will give a clue of what I sell. https://justonedime.com/lm/top-100-selling-items-on-ebay 💪
