"Pro Tip" use public transport
super pro, yep. Who would have thought.
And also.. cause, why walking to explore the city and see the place going around? UGH
im kidding i respect u youtubers, i couldnt travel like this
Was in Milan 2 weeks ago. And i was very disappointed of how dirty the city looks. And lots of graffiti around the whole city. People are not that friendly either. Not the best experience ever. Not going back anytime soon.
Hello Psicho traveler, first let me say how sweet you sound. :)) I enjoyed listening to you on my headphones to understand and hear better what you were saying :)) I know Milan from the old days and not much seem to have changed over the years. I can think of many nicer places to visit in Italy than Milan but for those that want to visit it, good luck! Ciao
5:25 - looking pretty tired, but nowhere near as tired as I was in America
Got up at 4am for a 6am flight in 2 legs to LAX, then a day of exploring and 4 hour Dodgers game to finish it off. 36 hours straight and almost falling asleep standing up lol
you have not visited many wonrderfull things in Milano. San Maruzio al Monstero Maggiore, San Bernardino alle ossa, Santa Maria del Carmine, Sant'Alessandro, Brera district, Cimitero Monumentale, Arco della Pace..
Thanks for the recommendations. We are two travelers from the USA in Italy now. We will visit Milan next month, so we will check out the spots you mentioned above for our video. Check out our channel and watch our videos in Italy.
Milan looks AMAZING! We finally did it! Sold the house, traveled USA for 2 months and crossed the pond a little closer to you....in Ireland. Some call it a mid-life crisis but we call it an adventure of a lifetime. Now, if we can only keep it going. You had mentioned in one of your other videos about slow travel. I can't agree more. I have learned sooooo much from you and if you have been one of my inspirations to full-time travel so I want to say thank you. hugs
oh my god luini panzerotti literally made milan for me! i solo travelled there in january and i ate there every day it was soooooo good!! its like a pizza but rolled up and fried, but omg it tastes way better than i can describe, you can get like spinach and ricotta ones or mozzarella and tomato ones and i think you can get sweet ones too!
Kitumbz z buy a terravision or orio shuttle tickets online and print them out or you can just buy a bus ticket right there when you arrive. By the right of the building there are a lot of buses always standing and inviting people
Agree that the best thing in Milan is the Navigli, I just love it there! also aperitivo is a "thing" everywhere in Italy but the buffet was probably a specific thing of that place where you went! every bar will offer a different style of aperitivo! :)
I've never been fond of Milano, but this is the second time I've seen Luini mentioned in a short video and I so want to go there!
Also, everywhere you go in Italy when you go to churches/cathedrals you need to cover up your shoulders and legs (down to your knees). I don't recall a single place that doesn't require that.
Anyway, great video and now I think I'll suggest Milano to my husband as a possible city trip. Let's hope I don't get physically ill as I was in the past two times I was in Milano 🤢 Must be something in the air 🤔🤣
If you are in Milan in sunday I suggest you to go to "Palazzo della Regione", a skyscraper located inbetween Milano centrale FS and Milano Porta Garibaldi subway station. From here you can see Milan skyline from 39° floor FOR FREE!
Here you can check national festivities (when the skyscraper is closed).
From 10am to 6pm, no reservation needed!
