I live in the middle of Europe so there's not much sea around but I've been to it a couple times and I fell in love. I spend most of my days at the hospital and when I have a blue day, I always listen to this. Makes my heart happy^^
For the last 20 odd years I've fallen asleep to this nightly. Recently had to move out of the beach house, yeah sunset ca, front yard is sand, temporary renovations, did some traveling, seeing other cities and towns, and I just can't move, vibes are just better at the beach, or even just by the beach, if you're catching coastal breezes it's still nice, but if the coastal breezes you're catching in the afternoon and evening are carrying that some of that ocean in with them then oh yeah, you're in official better vibes zone and your body and mind will feel the it, if you've always have lived in close coastal breeze zone by the beach, you may not notice it because it's your "normal", if you don't feel as good as youde like then move far enough inland where you're getting none of the ocean breezes or just a faint breeze, then stay inland for 3 months and move back at the beach or by the beach, you will feel the change in yourself and your perspective immediately, there's no wait time, it's not the dmv and sure is heck not the top of a zen mountain commune, there's no koans or quizzes, you move your body, your mind follows, and you breathe those seabreezes, summer and winter, you're instantly cured of any balance issues, no we aren't going to play bada bing bada boo with our chakras, you just breathe, keep loving and living near the ocean, the nightly sunset on the sprawling sea. Got the sound here for this inbetween time, thanks guys! Actually just sprayed some seasalt hairspray and so replicating the vibes going ok, the sea air on the skin, on your lips, some things you just can't duplicate, hoping to drift off soon, oh and yeah, and if your ever at Cedars-Sinai on Beverly look up Novak, Phil, amazing triple threat healer there, I was 17, had a thing I was in for, and it wasn't like I was living in riverside or anything dusty like that, and he set it straight: look coastal breezes are not enough. They've gone too many miles and you need to at least get by the beach, where those breezes and vibes are better bc they're not dragging all that stuff they picked up along the way, so yeah you may get coastal breezes living 15 miles in but it won't bring about the kind of thing you're looking for, and then Phil Novak said: look you can go on some escapade and do a semester or 4 abroad, or you can go move within seven miles off the coast (this varies on many factors, mainly what part of the Southern Cal Coast are you on, and what's inbetween and around the 7 miles from your residence and the coastline) But 9 out of 10, 7 miles should do it, I gave up the abroad studying, and within a week I was by the beach then two yrs later at the beach, Did I get a world class education from a world renowned Uni., no, I stuck to the schools along the coast and ended up, quite by surprise with instead of concrete or grass in front of my house, there's sand. Time flies and the place is getting a facelift, and I've had the worst insomnia, guys seriously, thanks for this upload! Making me feel home away from home.
Lesson in probability If there's a wheel of 7 pears and 3 apples.🍐🍐🍐🍐🍐🍐🍐🍎🍎🍎.
The odds of getting a pear would be bigger than the odds of getting a apple.
If there's 6 apple's the odds of getting a apple would be 60%.
