We've left Chiang Mai after nearly 6 months, and now we have two days in Kuala Lumpur before we head to Sri Lanka. But what are the best things to do in Kuala Lumpur? We went on a mission to find the best free spots in Kuala Lumpur, and we had an awesome first day in the Malaysian capital.
We went to the Pavillion Mall, walked on the free KLCC - Bukit Bintang Walkway, walked around in the KLCC and took way too many pictures of the beautiful Petronas Towers before we headed to my favourite attraction of the day: The KL Forest Eco Park.
After that, we went to the famous Petaling Street in Chinatown, and from there we walked around and saw some of the most stunning buildings the city has to offer.
Have you ever been to Kuala Lumpur? And what is your favourite spot?

Hi there! I'm Anne-Li – Danish girl, globetrotter, travel vlogger, blogger and digital nomad traveling the world with my partner in crime and long-term boyfriend Mathias. Spending a month in Budapest every summer taught us that traveling does not have to be expensive and that slow travel is the way to go – for us. We have been traveling full-time since September 2016, and we usually base ourselves in one place for at least a month or two. This way of traveling is not only budget friendly – it also means that we can take our time and really explore and enjoy the place we're in. We eat local food, shop at local markets, meet local people and enjoy experiencing different cultures – all the while seeking out the best wifi and exploring everything there is to explore. Everyday is another adventure, and we’d love for you to be part of it!

Its not a scam, its for safekeeping of your belongings, why are you white so arrogant towards other religions or culture? That area is where most illegal foreigners gather on weekend,so it explains why there were so many guys, the back alley has brothels for them as well.
Wow!! I miss Kuala Lumpur. Sad to say i had only limited time exploring KL when I recently visited the place!! Thank you for showing those free spots. I consider all of those when I will come back to the city. :)
That's a nice video I just watched on your channel, I am had a great time watching the entire video.... and yes, could you please check my channel and contents? That's how we can help each other to build a community... stay connected..
We're working and traveling at the same time, so we usually travel a bit slower than most other people :) There are so many things in Sri Lanka that we'd like to experience, and we actually wanted to stay there even longer, but we couldn't fit that in to our other plans. And now that we're here I have to say I'm so happy we have so much time! This is an amazing country :) The videos will start rolling in very soon!
just curious, you don’t seem to like crowded places much ... goin to new places you kinda have to be in a local crowd to experience the local vibes, you are missing out, dont mean to be an ass but you do complain over heat and petty stuff too much for a world traveller, just my humble opinion.
You are entitled to your opinion, but that was not me being bitchy :) I know that not everyone's going to like me and the videos we make, and that is okay, but if you'd seen our videos, you'd know that what you write about us is simply not true. If you don't like me (which, clearly, you don't), then your time would be better spent watching videos that you do like instead of leaving negative comments. Thank you for watching – you are more than welcome to watch more of our videos and get to know us better, but if you think I'm complaining in this video (from a city that I really liked on a day where we had so many great experiences), I'm not sure you're gonna like them :)
I didnt say ‘mall’ ... just crowd in general, no problem .. have a safe journey and no need to be bitchy bout ‘watch something else’ .. no need for that, you clealy have a bit of an attitude problem, take care!
And in my humble opinion, you can experience "local vibes" without walking around in a crowded mall :) I'm not complaining about anything, but I will say how I feel. Otherwise there really wouldn't be any point in making videos. If you don't like the videos, you're free to watch something else. There's a lot of stuff out there :)
