So many good tips! I have one more though. If you're flying with Easyjet and you don't really need a checked-in luggage but you also want a little extra room, you are actually allowed one carry-on item AND one bag of duty free shopping. You can easily pop random things in there, like your handbag. Just ask for a large bag at the till when you're buying your water and that's it! You can even bring your own if you really wanted to save even more money. I do a fair bit of flying myself and that trick has never failed me. 😏
One thing: check out the Charles Schwab online checking account; their debit card refunds ATM fees international and domestic. It allows me not to carry as much cash around when traveling since I can get my cash more frequently.
thank you k.choi! sorry, i meant to say, how to distinguish between touristy and local RESTAURANTS (that was my fault)...how did u look for the local eating spots? word of mouth? or just do research in the city?
+renren595 I guess “touristy” places are the “must see” spots that you might know of before even researching (like Big Ben in London). But they are touristy for a reason (they have something to offer) so it’s not like you shouldn’t go to them. And “local” places would be ones that are suggested to you by locals (Airbnb host, friends who live there, etc) and may have taken more time and exploring to discover and see if they are worth it. It all just depends on what you want out of your trip.
I super enjoy your videos girl ! A few q's I wanted to ask you 1) data plans - international data plans can be SO expensive , what do you do ? 2) cash - where do you get the foreign cash from ? Thank uuuuuu

Hello :) new subscriber ^^ do like your way of vlog_ing.. found it very relax while watching your videos. I would be going to London and Paris in mid May from Singapore. I'm really headache of what to wear there as I know the weather is unpredictable. I saw u and Joan wore quite light clothes and wandered is it not too cold? Appreciate if you could give some advice. 18'c in London is it same as Korea or maybe Taiwan Hong Kong... ?
Hi Kristina! I was thinking to do backpack traveling to UK and Paris probably less than a week..? and leaving from Korea. do you think it's enough only traveling to 2 places in less than a week? and is it safe to travel alone? Thank you <3
Hi K.Choi! Can you make a video of what to pack for carry on flights?! I'm traveling to Asia to summer and I need tips! btw, subscribed to you through watching you on Joan's vlogs! I will definitely miss you not being in Joan's vlogs but now I found your channel I'm so happy:-))

This is so helpful! Thank you for all the tips and advice Kristina! ✨ Did you discover any ways to save money when you bought tickets for Disneyland Paris/the eurostar? I'm planning on going soon but before the summer holidays as that's the peak time tourists will be there.
Hi! Thank you for the helpful tips! Anyways, I tried checking out Airbnb and i was wondering do you put "1" guest even if you and joan's staying or do you put the exact number of guests? (the price adds up when there's an additional guest) thank you!
