Hey Ben. I have been following your channel from the beginning now and also bought some products after seeing your videos. Derma v10 putty is really good Fish putty also really good But I bought as well the Osmo Fibre Sculpt after seeing this. For the money that I paied it is absolutely a bargain. Has a better hold than Gold digger on my hair. Much better than Jhonny's Chop shop clay or tigi Matt wax My daily go to now. Thanks for that Keep up the good videos.

That's awesome Daniel, glad to see my recommendations are working! I try to ensure my recommendations are only ones that actually work and are good value for viewers. Hair looks good in your profile image!

hold on, did you say that paste and clay dont work on wet hair? I'm doing exactly this since years. paste into wet hair, comb it and done. Is that wrong? I have to say my experience was never great but I thought thats the way it is.
Mr099660 (3 months ago)
What do you think about got2b clay vs JCS clay? And maybe you've tried out something from NAK line-up? Want to get their medium hold paste but it's kinda pricey and has almost 0 reviews online.

I see a video from you 1 year ago and now it look like you are becoming bald, I have a very fine hair like you but no receding hair line , do you think later in life im going to be bald? im 23 and any recomandation to avoid this? anyway good video man , new suscriber here, and for curiosity , how old are you? sorry for the english.
Ben Arthur (3 months ago)
Hi Alejandro, yes I am receding slightly, but the main difference since last year is my video lights are a lot brighter. As a result, I look more receding on video than in person. I'm currently experimenting with a couple of methods, you'll see a video soon with the results (maybe 1 month away). With hair loss, there aren't many effective solutions. I'm currently 24, nearly 25. Cheers, see you on the next video!

Would be great to see you review the Dear Barber Mattifier wax. It's really similar in appearance and packaging to the Da'Wax and only around half the price.
Ben Arthur (3 months ago)
Hi, I was in contact with them a year or so back, seeing if they would send me some products to try; then they just stopped replying lol. If they can't even reply to an email conversation, I don't trust them to serve my viewers very well haha

how old are you

Hi Ben, I have similar hair like you. I have been using TIGI bed head matte separation for sometime now.what are your views on it. What do you think about tony and guy heat protection mist as a pre styler.
Ben Arthur (3 months ago)
In all truth, I found the TIGI matte separation to be very disappointing, I think there are many options better at that price. Not tried that toni & guy one unfortunately!

You have fake subs? Look at your views and likes.
Ben Arthur (3 months ago)
I don't believe so mate if you take a look at my socialblade you'll see I've had consistent subscribers every day. Unfortunately it seems my channel has just fallen out of favour with the YouTube algorithm at the moment; as is happening with many other channels right now. As a result, many subscribers aren't seeing new videos in their subscription box or recommended videos which sucks

Are you going bald?
Mol B (3 months ago)
Hey what happened to fish soho?!?? But another cool vid! Thnx man! Forever looking for the best and cheapest product for my super thick hair!
Mol B (3 months ago)
EveryMan actually have you ever tried wahls own line, their Gumma performs really similarly to fish soho's putty and fibre... but breaks down much more like a cream and its not edpenisve either! Maybe worth a review??!
Ben Arthur (3 months ago)
Hey I like that one for sure I just wanted to share some different ones for this video! Thanks man!
EHazardGaming (3 months ago)
I currently use the Vo5 Matte paste. I have tried loads of expensive products and I honk this is as good if not better and only costs like £4.
Ben Arthur (3 months ago)
It's a good one for sure, they do another couple of vo5 pastes but I find this one the best
Action Mayne (3 months ago)
Hi do you wash your hair daily and what shampoo do you use
MrSharkdude19 (3 months ago)
Do you have a hard part or naturally parted?
Wagsy (3 months ago)
Currently using the vo5 matte paste after exsperimenting with a lot of product and I have found that it works really well in towel dried hair with the Johnny’s chop shop trigger happy salt spray. I have quite thick hair and it works really well and thickens my hair even more and has a great hold that I don’t need to use any more after blow drying and will sometimes use the Johnny’s chop hair spray if it’s windy or I’m going out. 👍

Hi Ben. I've got the fish hardcore putty and found its a pain to emulsify properly in the hands. Will it be ok to use without it going fully clear in my hands?
Mol B (3 months ago)
I've found it works pretty well as a pre-styler and gives plenty of hold (along with the tip about stirring it around before hand alittle)!
Ben Arthur (3 months ago)
Yeah it doesn't emulsify as well as other products. I've found with that stuff its good if you stir the mixture in the pot (quite a lot) just to break it down a bit, this helps avoid the bits you sometimes get with it. It's still well worth using though, provided you've initially stirred the product before your first use it doesn't show in your hair from then on
James Jenkins (3 months ago)
Love Got2B phenomenal! Great hold. Great quality. Works well for thick hair.
James Jenkins (3 months ago)
omg you actually replied. Your channel is great and my hairline is exactly like yours (only natural and thick and not receding lol) so your advice has helped a lot!!
Ben Arthur (3 months ago)
I think so too! Their grooming cream one works well too
naomaan khan (3 months ago)
Sir, I have fine, unoriented hairs with varied lengths (depending on season) I want a good and budget friendly product that can be my go to product by providing good hold and causing less damage to thin hairs. I couldn't get Hanz de Fuko mini kit as they didn't ship in india. But i want to be sure before buying any expensive product. Can you please help me with what can i buy. (Under 20-25 $)
naomaan khan (3 months ago)
+Ben Arthur Thanks Sir. Also, have u tried or thinking to review the Got2B Phenomenal range Thickening styling Cream ??
Ben Arthur (3 months ago)
Hey Naomaan, the SlikhaarShop definitely ship to India, they have plenty of choices of products to try, you can use code 'EVERYMAN' to get free shipping too: https://www.slikhaarshop.com/

Apparently, there are some big breakthroughs being made in stem cell treatments; apparently there will be some form of effective treatment by 2020 (but I guess much of it is speculation)
Demetrios Levi (3 months ago)
I used Got2b a lot back when I straightened my hair (yep...) I used their glue for a foot a tall mohawk lol
Bjørn Bjør (3 months ago)
cheap one but solid in performance beach matt of got2b or syoss texture clay and their fibre flex hairspray I personally prefer other ones like Osis Flexwax, Reuzel Matt Clay or Goldwell Roughman
Ben Arthur (3 months ago)
That Reuzel one is one I like too!
hi there (3 months ago)
